  My wife, brother and parents stayed here. Great place for 4 to 6 people and big enough for more if needed. Having 3 pools was a big plus and allowing pets too. The manangement company was also really good to work with and made our stay very easy.

  We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed this cute little neighborhood. We were happy we could bring our dog and both of my girls enjoyed having their own room. The kitchen was well-stocked with needed supplies...all we had to supply were the groceries! The water
  was especially wonderful in the morning and the evening ocean breeze on the front porch was heavenly! The outdoor shower was a definite plus also.

  The house was very well decorated and equipped and we appreciated the wifi Internet access. We expected the beach to be directly behind the house from the advertising on it and it was quite a ways away - but it's not like we did a lot on the beach with the colder than normal winter weather we had while we were down there. While we were down there we bought a waterfront condo in Rockport, Texas, or we would definitely go back to Tropical Niche again!

  We had a wonderful family celebration. Thank you for making your home away from home open to us. The kitchen was especially easy to work in since we ate most of our meals there. The beds were comfortable and clean, and so were the bathrooms. Thanks again for making this family get away so special.

  This was our first family vacation with 2 little girls (2yrs and 7 months) along with our 2 dogs. We live in San Antonio so it was a short drive for us. The house was great - there was plenty of room for us all and all the comforts on home. Since our girls are so small we drove to the beach as the walk and steps along the boardwalk were a bit much at their age. It was great having the family pool across the street for us too. My husband loves golf and with the course only a mile away he was able to play quite a bit while we were there. Only a short drive down to the shops and restaurants too. It was a quiet area and really nice at night to sit out on the patio with the sea breeze blowing. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.

  Ice maker didn't work, and closet door in one guest bedroom was broken when we arrived. Some of the plastic outdoor chairs are close to breaking and should be replaced. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes, except that we had to buy a pot scrubber. Would have enjoyed a larger back deck and fenced yard as at "Coastal Cutie". Otherwise everything was just fine, the furniture was nice and not out of date, the house was clean, and the mid-season price deal is an excellent value. We'll be back!

  This property is great for people with kids. The community has 2 pools and isn't too far from the beach. The kitchen cookware left a little to be desired and it really doesn't have a back patio. The a/c works great and there is plenty of room for 6 adults. We had a good time.

  Super house for children! We had 3 two-year olds and 2 five-year olds and the layout and convenient location were fantastic. We would definitely recommend this house for a family vacation and would like to return to it next summer. (only regrets: small ant problem in the living room, and only 1 trash bag in the house) Overall, very happy with our experience :o)

  Overall, great house, roomy and open floor plan. We stayed a week and cooked for the family. Great kitchen, but no serving dishes, pans in bad shape. And the ants were horrible. No food was left out for our entire stay, but ants were still on the cabinets, pantry,etc. Had to put paper plates, etc in fridge. The management explained ants were bad and sent over sprat, but it did not help. They were really BAD. No chairs on porch as other houses had. No back yard at all if you are looking for a back yard, and no gas grill.
  Overall, visit was great, beach wonderful, but wouldn't stay at this house again.
  I would use Port Aransas escapes again. They were very nice.
  And forgot to mention, not enough towels or washcloths for 6 people.
