  We had a wonderful time as usual. Just a note for maintenance: the downstairs toilet was loose at the base and the clothes dryer lint filter is not in good shape so a lot of the lint is not being caught in the basket.

  There was a problem with the dryer because the vent was slightly torn and very clogged, which prevented the clothes from drying completely. Also, the A/C filters need to be replaced for the benefit of the Unit. Neither of these problems impacted our stay, but for the maintenance of the home, they should be looked into.
  
  Other than that, the home is beautifully maintaned and we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this one and other homes from your properties because they are very nice.

• This is a beautiful house with gorgeous views. The separation of bedrooms is perfect for multiple families and the kids just loved the bunk room! The grill outside was put to good use. The outside shower was really nice after the beach.

  The kitchen was a little small to work in and could have used some additional pots and pans (we had a larger group). Some of the railing on the top deck was loose; not great for small children. The beach was quite a walk w/several small kids; maybe a wagon???

  House was very clean - towels and sheets smelled fresh. Lots of plates and silverware. Great location (a heated pool would have been awesome!) Nice afternoon shade over the deck and patio. Had fun catching some fish and watching the turtles right off of the deck. Plenty of sleeping room in comfortable beds for our group of 10. Thanks for letting us stay in your beach house!

  Overall, a great house, in a quiet location close to pool and short walk to beach. This is our 4th year staying there. Internet connection is a little weak, but I guess that's what I get for working on vacation!

  We enjoyed our stay immensely. We have been traveling to Corpus for years and this is the nicest place we have ever stayed. Nice high ceilings, nice furniture, beautiful covered deck, and more. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

  The property was a bit further from the beach than we'd anticipated which meant a longer, hotter walk. We ended up driving back & forth, which was fine. The door to the deck was very difficult to open/close, which caused some issues for the kids (and adults), and the pool's water temps were waaaay too hot! Overall though, we had a wonderful time and the few minor issues we had with towels/sheets/etc. were taken care of immediately by the property manager. We all enjoyed our stay and agreed a house instead of a condo is the way to go!

  This beautiful house is on a corner lot and has a large balcony off the living room. overlooking a water-filled inlet. It's a short walk to the boardwalk down to the beach. The kitchen is a little tight if more than one person is cooking at a time, but it had a nice, open feel as part of a kitchen/dining/living great room. A very large master suite was the only upstairs bedroom. A second, smaller master suite was downstairs, along with two other bedrooms - perfect for a group or two families to share.

  We had an air conditioner go out the first night we were there. I called the manager first thing in the morning and within 30 minutes a repair man was there and a new air conditoner had to be installed. It was taken care of by 3:00 pm that same day. They were very helpful and took care of the problem in a very efficient manner. I would recommend using this company. I will definetly be back and use them again.

  The property was great. The plumbing was a little loud in the kitchen and the kitchen was super small but efficient. However, overall I would definitely rent again or recommend this home. We had 6 adults and 7 kids and fit perfectly. The kids really enjoyed catch and release fishing off the back porch.

  This was my family's first time to Port Aransas and we had a wonderful time.
  I would recommend Villa Laguna 192FD to large families. The accommodates were great.
  As for being clean, it appeared that a rush cleaning was done before we arrived.
  Kitchen was a little dirty, but nothing we deal couldn't deal with. Kitchen area is tight.

  Overall the house was great. Although,there were a few downsides. The kitchen and family room were not very spacious. We like to cook and "hang out" in the family room and it was a bit crowded. Also, if you're wanting to sleep in while others are up and about-forget it! There is no noise insulation! The shower in the master did not drain.
  The balcony was nice and relaxing but be careful not to lean on the railing for it was not very stable.

  Three families shared this house for 3 days. It was in a great location, with easy beach access by foot and only a mile from the beach access road for vehicles. This made it super easy to cart all our gear down in the back of the truck. The house had everything we needed, from towels and bedding, to kitchen supplies. It even had an air mattress and a cot.
  
  My only complaint would be that it is in dire need of a wipe down on the walls. There are smears of unknown origins on most of the walls. All it would take is a good wipe down with a wet sponge. But that's my only complaint!!!

  There were 3 families staying over a long weekend and this house seemed perfect for us. Overall, the house is nice and has just about everything you need. As mentioned in other reviews, the kitchen is a bit on the small side, but is well equipped. However, there were some small things that didn't work as expected -- the DVD/VHS player in the living room did not have audio, the shower head on the first floor bathroom left a lot to be desired, and the mattress on one of the top bunk beds was so high compared to the railing that we felt it was not safe to have a child sleep on it. That aside, we all had a great time. The staff at Port A was very helpful and answered all our questions.

  The house is nice overall although the kitchen is small. Great location and the management staff were super helpful and friendly. The house did need some touch up paint, the carpets were dirty, and the beds could really use some new comforters and the sofa was worn.

  It was a lovely and comfortable home. There were some issues but nothing earth shattering. The wireless internet did not work and the cable satellite along with the DVD player did not work in the guest bedroom downstairs. Some stickers in the master bedroom carpet. Rusting on vents and other areas in the home but that is to be expected on the coast. We enjoyed many short and relaxing strolls to the beach...Chatting with friendly neighbors and dreaming about which beautiful home we wanted to buy in the neighborhood. Over all we enjoed the home and would love to come back again.

  We had a very nice time at Villa Laguna. The bedrooms are set up very nicely for a large family. We loved the bunk room, which sleeps lots of kids! As others mentioned, the kitchen is very small, but works well if everyone stays out of your way. There were several mainenance issues that we never taken care of, which was a downfall - dishwasher broke the first day, dryer does not work well at all, TV in bottom bedroom does not work. Just needs a little TLC. All in All it was a great trip & a nice place to stay.

  We had a great time down in Port A, but the house wasn't toddler friendly. I was amazed that the kids room (with bunk beds) had a door out to a waterway about 15 ft from the door.
