Newly decorated coastal cottage with an open plan for gatherings. Sleeps 8! Well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, pantry and dining table and breakfast bar seats 10. Just across the street from one of two neighborhood pools, privacy fence in the back yard, master with a King bed, private bath, second bedroom with a queen bed and third bedroom has a set of bunk beds with two twins and day bed with two twins. . The house was very clean and the furnishings and decorations are very nice. Enjoyed the back deck immensely. Our two dogs had a great time as well. We really appreciate pet friendly properties. Only drawback is that it is a good little walk to the beach which was fine for this time of the year but it might get pretty hot in the summer.

We had a wonderful stay at the Coastal Cutie!
The only thing that we would of liked is if
it had been closer to the beach. It was nice
to drive our car to the beach and being able
to actually drive onto the beach made it
nice. We would visit the Coastal Cutie again.
Coastal Cutie: Our stay at the Coastal Cutie was very confortable and enjoyable. The boardwalk to the beach was a nice ammenity. Another added bonus was the outside fenced-in area and that the unit is pet-friendly.

We stayed here over the Labor Day weekend and were so impressed. We've stayed at other beach houses in Port A and this one is the best so far. The kitchen was very well-equipped and there were more than enough towels, etc. The floor plan has a great layout and the master bedroom bed was very comfy! The beach community surrounding this property is very cute and well kept with Cape Cod type beach houses, extremely clean and attractive setting. Nice boardwalk to the beach too with two pools in the neighborhood. We stayed by ourselves with our two little doggies but kids would love this place as well. Highly recommend it! Wish it was for sale! (smile) Great restaurants in Port A a short drive down the road too...

Everything about this house was perfect for entertaining our very young grandchildren. For our family the extra pluses for this house included the pool right across the street and no stairs to worry about the children climbing on. Another plus is the outside shower that helps to keep the sand out of the house. Great kitchen, pantry and laundry facilities.

I wish that Port A had some type of shuttle system from the beach, restaurants and bars. It took forever to get a hold of cabs.

The refrigerator in the house never worked and was never cold. The mgmt. company was very responsive (sent repairman immediately), we were told give it 24 hrs, but it never got cold. We had to keep a cooler for our beer and dairy. Also, wi-fi was not working or connected and we had a working vacationer who agreed to come because he thought he would have easy internet access and get work done. Everything else was lovely, we enjoyed the location, outside shower, and the dog had a blast!

The place was great, with the exception of 2 points. 1) Absolutely NO cell phone service. 2) Our washer broke in the middle of our stay (we had 5 kids aged 4 and under) and we really would have liked for it to be repaired. Unfortunately, their technician did not work on Sundays and we would be out of luck until our check out on Monday. Of course, it was difficult to get a hold of anyone, as no one had any reception on their cell phones!

We loved the Coastal Cutie, it was the perfect size for our 2 families. The kids loved the bunk beds! One thing that I would add to the house are a few more towels and a bath mat for the master bathroom. Besides that ~ it was a great place for our last summer vacation before school starts!!
