  It's an absolute GEM of a condo, super close to the beach! You can walk down an adjacent road to get to boardwalk access to the beach, or you can drive a VERY short distance to the beach road and park at the beach. The photos displayed do not give this place justice - it is a super cute place to stay and SUPER CLEAN. The master bedroom had a comfy bed with great linens and new soft (clean!) carpets, the bathroom and kitchen are small, but the bathroom has beautiful details (marble counter, nice towel racks!), and the kitchen has brand-new appliances that work beautifully. The living and dining area are decorated nicely and were very comfortable! Our family of four (kids slept on the fouton) AND all of our beach gear fit nicely in the condo and had a GREAT vacation, thanks to being able to come "home" each night. The folks at Port Aransas Escapes were also very helpful and nice. We would definitely stay here again, and would also use Port Aransas Escapes again, in the event that we needed a larger property. FANTASTIC overall!!!

  My husband, two young granddaughters and I stayed at Mustang Bungalow 4MI and were well satisified with the proximity to the beach. The condo itself offered everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, and the property managers were superb when it came to satisfying our needs. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to vacation at Port Aransas.

  i must say that tracy and sarah were very helpful! i just needed a place for one night and she allowed me to rent the space. i forgot a special shirt at the apt and the ladies send it right back to me, without any hassels! i would definitely recommend you stay here or use port escapes anytime for your leisure or business adventures. they are great and easy to work with!! i will surely go back!!

  The place was great. Very clean and cozy. My girlfriend and I didn't want to leave. I actually asked them if I could stay another night and they were cool with that. I will definitely will be staying there next summer!

  A friend told us just before our vacation that they have seen cockroaches while staying at the mustang. First day we found a huge dead cockroach, that's all. No more dead or alive ones. The unit was clean and comfortable enough for us. And yes, we would recommend it :)

  We arrived early & were very excited when we were told our room was ready & we could check in early (around 1pm). Unfortunately, when we arrived to the room it was still dirty so we had to put all our things back in the car. I was told they would call us when it was ready. Well, 4 o'clock came & still no phone call. I called the office & was told the room was ready (thanks for the phone call). Overall, our stay was nice. Once it came time to check out you can bet that they were there at 11am to kick us out!

  The condo offers great rates and is a quick drive to the beach. It is comfortable for 2 people (not more). The kitchen is missing key supplies like a large boiling pot and broiling pans and there is no pool (which is a must on a beach vacation). Though its far from luxurious, it is an adequate little place for a small budget.
