  My family and I stayed at this cottage for 9 days and were very pleased. It was very clean and had plenty of room. There are around 14 cottages that share a pool area. The pool was clean and never crowded. We were close to the beach if you wanted to walk, but driving is easier as there is no close access and you would have to walk down to the beach access road. The towels were very nice and we had plenty of dishes. There was a TV in every room, but the remotes didn't work in all of them. We had very limited internet access as there is no dedicated service. The chairs at the kitchen table were wobbly and needed the legs tightened up. I was disappointed that there wasn't a dedicated grill for this cottage, but we were able to use the one at the pool. Other than that, we have no complaints and would definitely stay here again! And the rental staff is very nice and easy to work with:)

  Our family had a great time and the house was perfect for our stay. It was beautifully clean and bright. We were even perfectly happy the day it rained. We were able to open the blinds and watch the rain and enjoy the sound of it. While most people prefer a house on the beach on a beach vacation, the location of this house was awesome! We are without a doubt contemplating renting this home again!

  We stayed at the Chantal's Cottage & it was "LA BOMBA" translation "THE BOMB"! The lodging was clean and housed three families with 6 adults and 7 children very comfortably! I highly recommend Port A Escapes lodging to anyone who wants to get away from their daily busy life to enjoy some quality time with family and friends!

  This house is great. It has everything you need. It had enough room for our entire family. I would agree with others it is walking distance to the beach but I would just drive over. A private grill would be nice. We will be back.

  This house was incredible! It was nicely decorated and had quality furnishings. We were missing a few things in the kitchen that we needed, but we were able to make it work and bought a few things. The staff at Port A Escapes was wonderful and accomodating. The children loved the house and noone wanted to leave. We would definately choose this home to stay in again!

• Nice home; lots of room; kitchen well equiped; patio was quite small with no BBQ pit (had to rely on very small park style pits at pool; pool is nice but a bit small for the number of people renting in this subdivision; overall-nice place

  A few negatives; but really a cute home and a the beach was only a few blocks away; good value for this rental compared to other homes and condos we have rented in Port Aransas.

  Would be helpful to have more flatware, also there were chips on some of the glasses. Definitely need a new can opener.Also provide code to router as several were on their computers.
