We enjoyed our stay so much, we have told half of Houston already and have bragged on property manager, Brenda on how fast she responded to a concern we had. She took care of it within 15 minutes.   Had a great time just wish the beach access was closer, online said was walking distance but with little ones it would have been a long walk. House was great had everything we needed.

  My family stayed during the week of 4th of July (5 days) and we had a wonerful time! The house was clean the kitchen had everything we needed to make large meals. The home had terrific beach decor that made our stay one to remember. This house had one of the largest outdoor patios which was really nice for hanging outside at night. Our only gripe was that this home had the mere basic cable channels and was fuzzy. Telephoned the front desk and the cable guy came twice to the house. We were disappointed that we could not see the FIFA soccer game! The home next to ours had no problem with their cable and stated they had about 70 channels ours had maybe 20 and no ESPN. The office staff was very nice and helpful. P.S Our kids were using the pool one night around 8:30 P.M. and were enjoying themselves when a much older gentleman approached us and asked if we could tell the kids to lower their tone. First of all we were on OUR VACATION and the kids were loud but not obnoxiously loud. The gentleman stated he was trying to fall asleep and could hear the kids. Second of all he should not have booked a beach home directly in front of the pool!!!! Overall surprisingly we did not have any problems with loud party goers actually we didnt hear any partying so it was very pleasant!

  This house is great for a huge crowd! Don't be fooled by the pictures, this house is VERY spacious! My cousins and I and our families stayed in only 2 houses! Thats about 30 of us including kids and babies! The houses had everything you need and more, lots of dishes, pots & pans, towels, soaps, washer & dryer, cleaning supplies, and JB even had wrapping paper! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We are definately staying here next time!

  Onew of the upstairs rooms was too small to accomodate the people I thought it would. It had a set of bunkbeds and futon. But, it could only comfortably sleep one person. My boys complained the entire trip because of how small that room was.

  The price of the property was generally lower than everything else I could find that sleeps 12 people. The bedrooms and living areas are kind of cramped. Not able to fit your entire party in one area. However we didn't spend much time in the house. We had a bed for everyone to sleep on but three of them were bunk bed singles and couples had to split up. The mattresses varied from firm to soft but overall it was comfortable. The AC upstairs was COLD (A+) but if you have people going in and outside downstairs it will get hot and muggy real quick. The property could be considered walking distance to the beach but its just easier to drive with all of your stuff. The property is located on the south end of Port Aransas near Sharky's club. We had teenagers cutting through the property from midnight to 2:00AM that were very loud and disruptive either going to Sharky's or coming back. A fence without a gate would have helped control that issue. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay again. We cooked at the property and we had everything we needed to cook for 12 people. A+ on the kitchen supplies. All the pots and pans were big enough for large meals. There was a good charcoal BBQ pit in the backyard where we cooked fajitas and sausage. Plenty of seating in the backyard made for an enjoyable time outdoors.
