  Great location with regard to beach and town. Close enough to walk. Quiet street at night. Private beach access far enough down to be less crowded. Great decks for morning coffee and evening cocktails.

  This is an awesome property, close walk to beach and spacious. I had family in from Colorado and they loved it. My best friend and her family stayed at another property but hung out at our house all day. Dinner was for 17 every night and there were plenty of places for everyone to eat. We will be back next year. Also, thanks to Lorna and Brenda at Port A Escapes for all their help and friendliness.

  This house is fabulous. Having two King size beds was great. It is so spacious, decorated wonderfully and clean. The kitchen is well stocked. The view is unbelievable. We will definitely rent it again. I met the owner of the house. He was extremely nice and gave me a tour of the house while he was staying there. I would definitely recommend this home to my friends and family.

  The house was beautiful. Wonderful view of the ocean and sunsets. Short walk down boardwalk to beach. Fun place for kids to play. Port A Escapes couldn't have been nicer. We all had a great beach experience! Thanks to all!

  We had the great fortune of staying two weeks at this house which is a beautiful place and set up very well. My wife and I enjoyed the upstairs and our kids and friends had the downstairs. I loved the deck and spent every morning and evening gazing at the gulf and enjoying the gulf breezes. With the boardwalk right outside the door, it is very convenient to the beach as well.
  
  My only complaint is not having access to one side of the garage. We had some fishing poles stolen from the front porch while we were there so don't leave any of your things outside if possible.

  The house was amazing, everything that I had researched and wanted in a rental! The property management could be stronger, they weren't bad, just not a lot of communication. It would have been nice to know that certain items were not part of our agreement i.e coffee filters. We have never stayed at a VRBO location and not had coffee filters supplied, that was just a little thing but, for $500 a night you could let us know to bring our own. The master bath shower was also not working correctly. It seems that there was not enough pressure to make the jets work properly. Not a biggie, just a dissapointment. We arrived at the pool one morning and the maintenance man had just left however, the pool was a mess with tons of debris from wind. I called the management and it was clean on our next trip down so they were very respondent on that note. This is a lovely property, niceley appointed and has an amazing view of the gulf. Defintely worth a stay!

  I was trying to find a house on the beach where my family and I could sit all day, read, swim, eat, and enjoy one another before the summer got to hectic. This was a wonderful find. It was gorgous. The four of us each found somethng that was special to each of us. I especially enjoyed all the amenities the house offered. We were able to totally relax. It was expensive but completely worth it.

  Great place and fantastic location. Boardwalk was one of the best we have had and we stay in Port A all the time...over the past 40 years. The house had everything that we needed and was beautifully decorated. As with a lot of properties...two car spaces are just not enough for a house that size. The garage is not available for keep that in mind. Overall, I would recommend this property very highly. We will stay again until we purchase our own property there.

  We never thought we'd be able to find the perfect vacation house, but at 923BB, we did. The house was ready when we arrived; the grass was green and freshly watered, the a/c was set to the perfect temperature, the house was clean and the furnishings were very sturdy and comfortable. The swimming pool in the comlex was very refreshing. What we enjoyed was the convenient location to the boardwalk leading to the beach, but what made the trip was the view of the ocean from the second floor covered patio. All in all, we had a very relaxing vacation at the house.

  Upstair master shower does not work well. Either the water presure is too low or there is something wrong mechanically with it. Water just very weakly comes out of the heads. Down sairs showers are great.

  The house is amazing, comfortable, and so close to the beach!! But, it is also closer to some not so nice areas of PortA. Some cars were broken into within the very small neighborhood during our stay and we saw the police at neighboring condos on more than 1 occasion.
