This four bedroom three bath townhouse sleeps 10 and is a short five minute walk to the beach. The main level contains tile floors throughout the living room, kitchen and master bedroom suite. The Master bedroom has a queen bed and there is a full bath on this level.The kitchen is complete with granite countertops, extra cabinetry, cold water filter and everything you will need to cook your catch of the day. The upper level contains a second living room, three bedrooms, two full baths, and the laundry room. Two of the bedrooms upstairs have queen beds and the other has two twins. The upstairs living area also has a queen size sleeper sofa. There are three flat screen TV's in this unit including a 46 inch in the downstairs livingroom and two DVD players. All the beds have a 4 inch memory foam mattress topper for your comfort. The unit is not pet friendly and smoking is permitted outside only. There is a charcoal BBQ grill on the back patio area. This condo is on the trolly route, has a shared pool and is about a five minute walk to the beach. click here

I was in a group of 9, 3 couples and 3 individuals, on a weekend fishing trip. The accomodations were fantastic. The condo arrangement and location could not have been better. We were about 2 blocks from the beach and everyone enjoyed walks on the beach and shopping in Port Aransas. The fishing was great, too.

It was so close to the beach, easy access to restaurants, very clean - NO BUGS which is a big deal and not very common. It was relaxing and very charming - everything we needed was there and it made a family vacation a great memory.

The townhome had a great location with just 1-2 blocks from an uncrowded beach on a sidewalk with beach showers at the end of the sidewalk. It is located walking distance to a Stripes and a beachmart. About 2miles out of town. The townhome was clean with lots of room for privacy when staying with another family, including a seperate TV room for the kids. The only complaint was limited parking (many parked in grass) and the small pool (however many of the shared pools in Port A are the small). The bedding was comfortable and lots of utensils/pans/ect. in the kitchen. The lake in the back was an added bonus when sitting on the balcony!

The only complaint is the rock cover on the patio and the dandelions by the patio that had everyone sneezing. Even that couldn't deter from the overall great time we had.

Everything about this rental was heavenly perfect except for . . . no internet. Otherwise, this property was the best we have stayed in before. We will certainly return, will just have to be aware when booking to have internet access next time.

It was really nice. It was cozy and furniture was kept in good condition. Everyone that stayed was very impressed. We went when a storm had just passed so the mosquitos were HORRIBLE. Since there was a pond in the back we couldn't sit on the porch the whole time b/c the mosquitos were sooo bad. But other than that it was a very nice place.

Everything was in good condition, except the dryer would not dry. We are overall very pleased with the property and would stay there again. It was quiet and close to the beach. It was a great vacation.

Very nice property overall. Was lacking in some basic amenities during our stay, (can-opener, cutting board, grater). Also, the evening of check-in needed to go get a mop to clean the floors as the tile was making our feet black. After that...a very pleasant
stay. One additional caveat, it is a bit far to be moving a cooler and a bunch of beach toys back and forth multiple times a day if you don't have a cart of some type.

The condo was very nice, modern & clean. The mattresses were better than other beach condos I stayed in and they had 3 flatscreen tv's. It was a little further walk to the beach than we were hoping. We ended up driving every day since we had so much to carry. The only thing I would change about the condo itself would be to have a wi-fi connection to get online.
