This original art-filled townhome was recently repainted. It sleeps 12 people comfortably, and offers 4 bedrooms, three Queen beds and two twin beds. The loft on the second floor contains a Queen size futon next to the HDTV and DVD player. It is a perfect kid's retreat. The downstairs living area offers a queen size sleeper sofa and a coffee table with seating underneath, it doubles as a table for 4 children at mealtimes. There is a large dining room table and a breakfast bar with stools. The garage is always open for guests. It comes complete with two adult bikes, a wagon with cooler for the beach and beach toys and a towel rack. The back patio offers views of the pond, while sitting in an Adirondack chair/ table for two or the table and chairs for four while grilling on the charcoal BBQ grill. There is also a community pool. The condo was great. My family really enjoyed it and the little kids loved the pool because it wasn't too deep. Brenda at Port A Escapes gave us absolutely the best customer service we have recieved in a long time. The location was great.

We rented this properly along with another family for three nights during spring break. Between us we had 5 kids and 4 adults and felt we had plenty of room for everyone. The four bedrooms was a big plus! Our kids enjoyed the 2 bikes provided - what an easy way for them to get to the beach. The back patio area was a plus along with access to a grill. One downfall is the construction of new condos directly in front of this condo area. When these are finished, I feel it will be very crowded and not as good of an experience.

Otherwise, it was a great experience for our families.

We had a blast over the Thanksgiving weekend! This property is walking distance to the beach (though we wished it was a bit closer because of young kids). They kitchen was well stocked for a large group. We never could get the wifi to work even with the login and password... but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I loved our stay at Casasita Rosita! It was the perfect house for our family beach weekend. My family of 10 and my sister and her daughter had plenty of room in this lovely decorated rental home. They thought of everything, I packed items that I was sure that they would not have, I went home with all of my just in case items. The house was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. We will be back soon!

There were no condiments, coffee filters, or hand soap at any of the sinks we have always been supplied with those items at other places we have stayed at before, but overall it was okay I don't think I will rent here again it was just not very "outside"
