  We absolutely loved the home, it accomodated us very well. My adult children said it was perfect which is a compliment. Our only complaint is not with the property itself but with the community pool. It was small and the water was not as clean as we would have liked it. Other then that it was great!

  Overall this was a wonderful place to stay. Had a great time. In fact, coming back next week with my family. This trip we brought friends from out of state. They loved it!

  We had a great stay at this vacation house. It had a perfect floor plan and comfortably accommodated two families (including six kids!). The kitchen is fantastic and well equipped. As mentioned by previous reviewers, the grill was very dirty. So dirty, we didn't consider using it. But the rest of the house seemed very clean. Considering this is a perpetual problem, I would hope that the management would take notice and make sure it was clean for each guest.
  
  The laundry machines were FANTASTIC and very high quality. Much needed on a beach vacation.
  
  The management was extremely friendly and easy to get a hold of. One small issue was that I assumed the property had internet, but we were given no instructions about it. When I called he said he didn't think our place had internet access. My husband needed to do some work, so that was going to be a big issue. However, there IS in fact internet, but we had to discover it ourselves. The router is downstairs in the family room with the TV and has the password written on the bottom. It took a day to find it, and it seems like he should have know about it and been able to give us that info upon check in. But, as I said, they were very friendly. I think it was an innocent mistake.
  
  There is no view from this location, but it is a short walk to the beach. It was our first trip to Port Aransas, and the beach was just OK, but typical for Port Aransas, we discovered.
  
  All in all, our trip was great and we would definitely stay in this house again if we visit Port A.

  The home we stayed in this year was beautiful and very clean. We had plenty of room and everyone enjoyed the roomy bathrooms and bedrooms. I especially loved the easy check-in with Port A Escapes. They made it very easy to check in and check out....which is extremely important to us. We will be staying again next year in the same house.

  My only complaint has NOTHING to do with Port A Escapes, it is out of their control. The pool in this subdivision is FILTHY! It was never cleaned the entire week we were there. We own a pool and know what it takes to keep the scum that was floating on top of the water from happening ... just simply run the pump more often and especially during peak swimming times helps.

  Great Property... Pics on site tell the truth - lots of space ... Kitchen is Well Equipped ... Loved the bedrooms with TV's - Loved the outside space - close to pool and walk to beach .. We had 7 adults and 2 kids ... laundry was handy. Con was sofabeds - not suitable for sleeping - needs foam covering...
  Overall Perfect Family Vacation Home !!!

• Our family had a great time. The floor plan was excellent for us and the backyard cooking area was a big success for us. the housekeeping was condition upon rrival was great. Hope to rent this unit again next year.

  Disappointed that we couldn't see out any windows. Down at the beach you should be able to look outside. Also we had a minor issue with ants coming in by the kitchen sink. Lots of sleeping areas were a plus. House wasn't furnished like a beach house so that was a little strange.

  We loved this big roomy was clean/comfortable with lots of extras...
  I was disappointed that it wasn't closer to the beach...we couldn't see the beach from the house...could hear seagulls though! We ended up driving to the beach each day.
  Other than that, it was a great, roomy place.

  Wonderful property. Beds great, bathfooms nice, kithen appliances and tools great! Had to rewash some of the dishers to use. The grill is wonderful, but was very dirty not ready to use. Property manangement helpful and will contact again

  We just arrived home from our stay in Port Aransas. The rental home was wonderful for our two families with lots of room to spread out, a wonderfully equipped kitchen and a nice outdoor cooking area. Our only complaint (from our two teenagers) was that the satellite TVs (there were 4 of them!) were not working. The owner has since switched to digital cable so this shouldn't be a problem moving forward. We highly recommend this rental specifically and definitely recommend the rental company.
