  I paid over 2000.00 and misplaced a key. I dont think it necessary to charge an additional 25 for that.

  Wonderful location with direct gulf views in several directions. I like the upgraded appliances. Prop mgr and owner were very responsive. Living room TV stopped working a few days into our stay. Owner replaced it same day with a brand new flat screen. Awesome value all the way around.

  This was our second stay in the Ocean Lullaby. You don't pay the premium for beach front, but the house has a great view and it practically is on the beach! The boardwalk is right off the back door so the beach seems close (and here's a secret, the people who have beach front at Lost Colony, have to come over to the boardwalk to get to the beach so you've got them beat).
  It is a great house for four adults or a family with multiple children. My only warning would be that if you are planning on sleeping 6 in the house (like we did) the sofa bed is a bit worn (although my kids didn't complain) and might not be comfortable for adults.

  We loved our stay at Ocean Lullaby! The location was perfect -- so close to the beach. The condo was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We especially loved sitting on the the large deck after dinner enjoying the sounds of the surf and the amazing stars!

  We were very happy with our three night stay in Port Aransas at the Lost Colony. The property was clean, had comfortable modern furniture and was well equipped. We cooked all but one meal in the kitchen/ on the grill. We loved the location, which was right on the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

  Our Party of three stayed 5 days in Sept.We were 10 paces from the boardwalk which lead right to the beach. We wanted to bring our dogs but no pets were allowed. Seemed like everyone else staying here brought their dog.Hmm.Overall I would give it 5 on your scale of 5. I would only suggest that railings be put on the stairways as my 78 year old father had a hard time with that.

  We stayed for the long Memorial Day weekend in 2011. I’m usually doubtful of rental condo pictures posted online. They can be deceiving to say the least. However the pictures posted for this condo are right on the money. The view of the ocean from the deck is great. The sounds of the surf while eating dinner on the patio are priceless. We loved the artificial wood deck, no splinters to be found. Plenty of deck chairs although a few are rusting and might need to be replaced with plastic. Inside the condo it is decorated with high end appliances and fixtures. The pictures and nick knacks on the walls make you feel right at home. The large master bedroom has a comfortable bed and a good sized bathroom. I can’t speak to the guest room since I didn’t go in there but I heard no complaints from those that did. Both bedrooms are upstairs and the guest room has a separate small bathroom. The kitchen is large and open to the eating area and living room. The third “guest room” was more of an office with a pullout sofa but it worked perfectly as a kids’ playroom. There were a few broken items, a drawer in the fridge, a chair on the deck, and the WIFI didn’t work. Kitchen utensils were sparse if you like to cook but all the basics were there. The only major cooking items missing were grilling tools. Other than those small complaints it was a perfect condo that I would not hesitate to stay in again. The management company was also very helpful and answered all my questions. Checking in was quick and checking out was quicker. Unfortunately their offices are located about 10 minutes away from the condo so checking out requires driving in the wrong direction if you are headed back to Corpus. That is a small price to pay for not being too close to town. Thanks!

  The grounds and location were beautiful. We just happened to stay at a time when the seaweed was abundant but it was fun to catch the little crabs that floated on it. We spent alot of time on the deck in the afternoon when the sun had passed overhead. The deck chairs, however, were beginning to deteriorate and need to be replaced. Otherwise, everything was great for celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and grandson. There are also alot of good eating places in Port Aransas. Thanks for lots of memories!
