  we had 9 women and there just wasn't enough of the blue wash clothes and toilet paper....for the price we felt you could have furnished a few more of those items...But we would still rate it a GREAT vacation!

  We had a wonderful time this past New Year's at the Margaritaville home. There were three families with small children and the accommodations were more than we could have asked for. Huge Deck, great neighborhood. Air hockey does not work. Sweet Lamps, nice kitchen space, lots of plates and utensils. No opportunity to make margaritas, but those margarita glasses in the cupboards sure were enticing. Next time.

  This was a good home for a four-family weekend getaway. There were plenty of beds for everyone. The kitchen is well-stocked, making it easy to prepare big meals. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes. Overall, this is a great house for a big group gathering.

  We all really enjoyed staying at the house. The cable didn't work and the staff of the HOA were not very pleasent, other than that we had a wonderful time!! Thanks!!!

  We stayed here for the weekend and had a great time in this house. The only thing we really weren't aware of was that one of the bedroom/bathrooms was completely separate from the rest of the house. This could be a good thing for some, but our guests that stayed there felt isolated from the rest of the family. The kitchen was sparsely supplied with cooking utensils, but that was okay for just two days. Otherwise, it was clean and roomy with plenty of seating for everyone.

  The only thing that was a surprise was how long a walk it was to the beach. Since we had children it was a tough, hot walk. The beach house itself was just great and we would use it again but maybe request one closer to the walkway.

  Great place for a family get together, short walk to the beach and in a great, well kept neighborhood. the only downside was the carpets were absolutley horrible with all being severly stained.

  the location was great - a short walk to the beach with toddlers and babies in tow. we only set up out tent one day and just took snacks out the other times. went back to house for lunch and naps and then back to the beach in the afternoon. bring a baby
  monitor if putting kids to sleep in downstairs rooms - they are completely seperated from the hosue. cable was out the whole time but not the fault of rental company. royal sands neighborhood great for families.

  Very clean, and really good size for the full 15 capacity. Walk to the beach was not that bad, about 5 minutes. Kitchen was fully stocked. The only issue was the door to the balcony wouldn't close unless you bolt lock it, but im sure management will fix it. Overall great stay with no issues.

  There were a total of 8 adults and 8 small children and we had plenty of room! The house is a walk from the family pool and the beach, so I would recommend strollers. However, the adult pool was right next to the house. I liked the little neighborhood but missed the view of the beach. We go every summer and this was the first time we have stayed in a beach house, we normally stay in the condos.
