This condo has an open livingroom and dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom two twins both with a trundle. There a two full baths one in each bedroom. Pets are not permitted in this unit and smoking is allowed outside only. Oh, did I mention the sunrises are amazing! Nestled in the golden dunes of Mustang Island, Beachhead condos all have awesome gulf views. The complex amenities include a swimming pool, lounge facility for up to 60 people with a fully equipped kitchen, great for parties, weddings, family reunions, basketball and volleyball court, playground, private boardwalk to the beach just steps from any of the units. We were very happy with this property and had a great time. There were 2 adults and 2 teens staying her. Additional sleeping was in the form of trundle beds under the twin beds - fine for children but I wouldn't recommend using them for additional teens
or adults.

We had a great weekend staying at Sand Print, it was very clean and had a very homely feel - like staying at Grandma's! Great location and the deck in the evenings was perfect. We would highly recommend it. We have never used this rental company before but we will be using them again!
It was wonderful!!! The condo was adorable, so beachy!!! The staff very helpful.

The maintenance guy on the property even helped us with a flat tire. He was very concerned for our safety. The management was also very friendly. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

We had a great time over the Thanksgiving week in Port Aransas. Although the complex is older it is very well maintained. The unit we stayed in was in fantastic shape (recently remodeled?) and was very clean.

This unit has been redone and it looks perfect. The furnishings are fun and beachy, the kitchen is well-equipped with plates, etc that match the decor. A big negative was the A/C that made a huge racket. Maintenance soon swapped out some parts and it ran better, but it still made noise throughout the stay.

The condo was beautifully decorated and incredibly clean- it seemed almost brand was very colorful and family friendly. Beach view was not the greatest although you could spot it off in the distance. The pool is close and easily accessed, as is a playground.
The air conditioner was almost unbearably loud in the front bedroom with the twin beds. We also had to call and have someone come and override the programed temperature to make it more comfortable. It was taken care of after we called in a relatively short
period of time. We have stayed at Beachhead many times throughout the years and always enjoy being there. However, some things have changed due to the way the property is managed now. I think it would be helpful to let people know a few things before they
come. There are no more clean towels furnished now during your stay and it is up to the occupant to wash their own. Toilet paper is also only furnished once and then must be bought at the store if needed. There is also no one changing the bedding during the
stay or making up the beds. It would have been better to have known these things and have been prepared for them. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we would stay at Beachhead again but maybe request a unit closer to the front for a better view
of the beach. And then hope that it was as pretty as the one we stayed in before!!
