This unit boast an open dining area and livingroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook your catch of the day. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and the second bedroom two twins, both bedrooms have their own bath. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit is beach front with great views of the Gulf. Picnic area with BBQ grills, community pool, boardwalk to the beach in the center of the complex. This unit is not pet friendly and smoking is permitted outside only. Make this your vacation destination, it's just perfect! Nestled in the golden dunes of Mustang Island, Beachhead condos all have awesome gulf views. Stay was great. The only thing was the view from the bocony, online it showed the view of the playground and vollyball court, but when I got there it was a view of the buildings next door. But thats the only thing other than that everything was great. Will go back for another vist.

The unit BH505 was very clean and comfortable during our stay. It was nice to have everything we needed with regard to the kitchen. It was well equipped for preparing meals.. The beds were ok, the furnishings made the place feel warm and inviting. Nice view of the beach and dunes from the right side of the balcony on this 3rd floor unit. I've stayed in 508 and though the view is better, it was not as updated as 505. Would like to try a 2nd floor unit next time, the above balcony would provide protection form direct sun. We love Beachhead and would reccomend to friends. Port A Escapes and the staff at Beachhead are very accomodating and friendly.

We arrived at 5:30, staff phoned to check our progress and stayed late to check us in. We got to the condo carrying our stuff in, when the wind blew the door closed, both keys locked inside. A quick call through the after hours answering service and Patrick
saved the day. He made a return trip to the office immediately, and gave us another key, smiling cheerfully the whole time. A great guy from Boston, great management, great vacation. Beach was very nice, kids loved it too. See you next summer.

Really liked the new playground area for the kids. Need to supply beach towels/pool towels in the condo.
We had stayed here before and really enjoy the location right on the beach. The only thing that would improve this condo is to have the big windows cleaned more often so the view out the window would be better.

Also, I the 11am check out is just tooo early especially for Easter Sunday. I would think that during the off-season, that people should be able to stay until really late on Sunday (about 4pm). If you required a two-night stay and allowed for a late Sunday check out, your properties would be booked

The condo was in a great location and everyone was very helpful and nice. It was perfect for kids with the playground and a short walk to the beach. The condo was clean, just a little outdated. We would have liked something a little more up to date for the price.

we enjoyed our stay at vista del mar. Accomodations were a little older than we expected, but very clean and comfy. I think it was overpriced and the extra fees for cleaning were a bit high. I would recommend this place though. Great service by the lady at coldwell.
