Fabulous views prevail in this beachfront unit! This condo has an open livingroom and dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom two twins.There is also two twin sleepers in the livingroom. There a two full baths one in each bedroom. PETS ARE NOT permitted in this unit and smoking is allowed outside only. Extra bells and whistles in this unit include a 42" flat screen TV, Cable, Blue Ray and wireless internet. There is a large deck that over looks the beach. Enjoy the great breezes from this deck. Oh, did I mention the sunrises are amazing! Nestled in the golden dunes of Mustang Island, Beachhead condos all have gulf views. The complex amenities include a swimming pool, lounge facility for up to 60 people with a fully equipped kitchen, great for parties, weddings, family reunions, tennis, basketball and volleyball court, playground, private boardwalk to the beach just steps from any of the units. We haave been staying at BeachHead for over ten years;this was our first stay since Port Aransas escapes took over the property. We had a great time and the complex looks great. I do wish the check inand check out were on site, but that was the only negative! We had a great time and will be back!

My family and I loved staying at Beachhead. The location is great and the condos were spacious, clean and fully equipped with all the comforts of home. The big sparkling clean pool was a bonus for the grandkids. Management was great, they definitely took care of us. They guided me via phone from Corpus to Beachhead because I missed my exit coming from Houston and ended up in Corpus. We actually had booked two 2/bdrm units and stayed the first 4 nights in those units that were great as well (Tiempo de Sol 304 BH & Sunrise View 303BH). We enjoyed staying at BH so much we just didn't want to leave and fortunately management was able to put us in two other units for the next two nights. Port A is a great place to bring the family for R&R, fishing, dolphin watching, etc. We plan to come back next year and will definitely stay at Beachhead.

While the general exterior of the place may be misleading, this particular condo, TIEMPO DEL SOL, was particulary cozy and exquisite. Better than more expensive condo's ive stayed at. this condo overlooks the walkway and is very close to walkway. BEDS were very comfy and location in town was convenient.

We stayed here with some friends over the weekend, was quoted one price and when I called back was charged a different price due to an error the individual made. In overall I would say that we enjoyed our stay it was close by the beach and the pool wasn't to far for us to walk. The rooms were well maintained the only but was the A/C stayed at 80 the entire time, the fridge not cooling and the restroom door being broken(off hinges). I did speak with the person with whom I made the reservations about this concerns which she did promptly return my call.

The location and condo was great. Short walk to beach, and all facilities you need are right there. The managing company, however, will NOT let you check in a minute before 4, even if room is ready, so be prepared to wait if you get there a bit early.
They won't "call you if the room is ready earlier", trust me.
