You can't hardly get any closer to the beach from this Lost Colony beach house. Located just steps to the complex swimming pool or to the walk over to the beach. The main living area has a spacious, well equipped kitchen, dining area, great room with a 42 inch HDTV with internet connection and a blue ray player, an electric fireplace which will heat the room on those few and far between chilly mornings in the winter, full bath and a bedroom. The kitchen has also been remodeled with granite countertops and new appliances. The bedroom has one set of twin bunkbeds. The deck from this level offers views the Gulf of Mexico and the complex pool. The deck was recently replaced with trek decking, no splinters, and new deck furniture. Enjoy the Gulf Breezes from this deck, day or night. The upper level contains the master suite with a king bed, balcony overlooking the gulf and a private bath with a heated floor. Loved it. Easy to get to; whole place felt like I was a guest in someone's home; all sort of usual kitchen equipment; easy room for six-including two children; and easy access to ocean.

much closer to the beach than expected. about 40 feet from the pool, and about 150 foot from the edge of the boardwalk to the beach. great beach for kids because it stays shallow for so far out into the ocean. our only problem with the condo is that the
"kids" bunk room is directly off of the dining/living area downstairs, and thus the kids can't go to bed while the adults are still up. Otherwise a wonderful place that we will likely try to stay at again in the future!

We stayed here in June and loved it. Everyone loved the accomodations and the location is amazing. You can't get much closer to the beach without sleeping in a tent. There was a ton of seaweed but that cannot be controlled by the rental. We are planning our next trip.

We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again. The location was very convenient to beach and pool. The kitchen was well supplied and had everything we needed. Just a few things proved to be an inconvenience....several outlets throughout the house were not working, including the 2 outlets in master bath. Several lightbulbs were out in lamps throughout the house, including front porch. We were expecting several in our party to arrive after dark and had to put a lightbulb in so they could see the house number. Batteries in one remote for TV in master were missing. The house got full morning sun, which was pleasant:however, a/c seemed inadequate despite the fact we kept blinds closed. We stayed 4 nights, with 2 adults, 3 teens and 2 children. Everyone had a great time and we enjoyed staying outside of town, the beach was less crowded.

this condo has an excellant view of pool and is very close to walkway. only problem is that all the rooms are upstairs. we had to climb stairs to living room and another set of stairs to bedroom also i think they bleached to bed sheets so much, the condo reeked of bleach for the whole stay. This was a bit pricey.
