This spacious 3000 square foot home, sleeps 14 people comfortably."Limealicious" has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, each bedroom has a private bath. The first floor of this home offers two bedrooms, two baths, laundry room, and a second living area with satellite TV and a DVD player. The first bedroom has two sets of bunkbeds, twins over fulls and the second bedroom has three twins. The second level of this home has an open livingroom, kitchen and dining room. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a walk in pantry. The wetbar is complete with an icemaker and mini fridge. Dining table seats 10 and bar stools around the bar offer extra seating.There is a half bath off the livingroom. There is one bedroom on this level, it offers a queen size bed, full bath and french doors that lead to a spacious deck. The third floor has one bedroom with a king size bed, private bath and a private deck that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico.This home has wonderful views of the gulf, pond and bay from the 4 spacious decks. The covered patio is perfect for looking out over the pond during sunset. The Boardwalk is wide enough to drive a golf cart over. Island Park Estates is adjacent to the State Park, featuring the least crowded beaches in all of Mustang Island. This home also has internet access and an outdoor shower. RV's, boats and trailers are not permitted in this subdivision and smoking is allowed outside only. This home is just 15 minutes from Corpus Christi and 15 minutes to Port Aransas. This is a spacious beach house that is immaculate. Great for a big group! Everything we needed in the kitchen - the small refrig and ice machine in the bar area were most helpful. This is a great place to relax and enjoy the beach and pool.

My daughter recently graduated from High school and she wanted to get away with the family before leaving for College. It was eleven of us and we had a wonderful time. The on-line pictures are exactly what we found when we arrived. The location was spacious and private. We had the pool and beach totaly to ourselves. Everyone was so very happy. I did make some recommendations to the property management in regards to cleaning off the patio furniture and rails, supplying a broom and a plunger. None of which put a damper on our vacation but we would have liked to have had the patio cleaned along with the other items noted. Overall, it was a vacation our family will forever remember and smile at our memories.

Our family of 11 (6 adults, 5 children) really enjoyed our stay at the Limealicious beach house. It was spacious and roomy with plenty of well stocked bathrooms. It was spotless clean and beautifully decorated. The house was well stocked with all the things we needed. The pool was clean and quiet. The house was just a short walk to a nice, quiet beach. The towels were clean and fluffy. We were completely satisfied with this property and look forward to coming back to stay very soon!!

Had a great vacation at Limealicious. Did most of our communication with Patrick and he was top notch.We had several questions leading up to our trip and he was great. Be sure to ask for him specifically because when we were checking out we were treated
very indifferently by the lady at the office.She actually asked if there was anything she needed to know and I mentioned that the doors were very hard to get open (in fact the downstairs door to the patio would not open at all) and the fact we killed several
scorpions inside the house. With four young kids there I thought it was worth mentioning.There was no apology about the doors and her answer about the scorpions, were that was just the way it is. I can tell you that having scorpions in the house is not normal.
But I can say that was the only negative. The beach is only a couple hundred yard walk down a boardwalk or there is a beach access road within 100 yards down the highway. water was great while we were there and it is situated in between Corpus and Port A which
is what we wanted. Plenty of room, there were 6 adults and 4 kids, the community pool is small, but the subdivision has not filled up so that was not a problem. Overall we would certainly do ti again without hesitation.
