  The rental was extremely clean, nice towels not funky cheapo hotel towels,huge kitchen if you like to cook, plenty of room to sit and visit. The bedrooms were far enough from the living room that people could stay up late without keeping everyone up. Big porch, only 3 chairs so if you have a big group bring some extra chairs. Walking distance to the beach wasn't bad for adults, I could see if you had young children where it would be a little far. Really enjoyed our stay! Will probably rent the same condo again in the near future.

  The condo was very clean, and had tons of room. They have it decorated beautifly, a few minor repairs needed, but very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our Spring Break vacation. Only down side is the road outfront is under construction and in terriable driving condition. But maybe that will be finished soon.

  Layout of the condo was excellent and providing TVs in each bedroom in addition to living room was nice. Kitchen was well equipped. Great location and very roomy. Previous comments gave heads up on the maintenance issues like broken door lock and inability
  to plug tub. Electrical socket plates should be properly affixed to wall. Would consider renting again.

  We absolutely loved this unit!! only issue was that it stated the unit was within walking distance to the beach,i guess it could be within walking distance but since we had 5 kids with us,we didnt consider that walking distance but no biggie we loaded up into the truck and went on our way! We loved the location otherwise, everything about the trip was great we didnt want to leave,and we plan on returning next year!

  Our experience at Sea Sands was great. The location is ideal and the amenities were fine. Our patio faced the pool with bbq grills a very short distance away. The living area was spacious and the property was very well kept, inside and out. It was everything we needed for a weekend getaway! My family loved it and the price was right! We will make it an annual visit from now on.

  This property is incredibly cute and cozy... it's large and comfortable. Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in it and will definitley book it again! The only minor complaints are the master shower tub wouldn't stay plugged to fill a bath in it, the back door wasn't locking completely properly, and the pool was rough on our and our children's feet. Other than that, we loved our stay here. It was nice to be able to walk out the back door directly to the pool. We only wished we would have booked it for longer!

  The distance from this condo to the beach is 5 blocks away and having access to the water to clean yourself after returning from the beach was close to the property than to the beach making the return sanding!

  The property was very nice, only two things that really stood out as a fix to me would have been the refrigerator in the property. The whe front panel doors top and bottom were covered in rust. Made the place feel a little uncomfortable. (DIRTY). Even though it did serve its purpose. And also the lights went out in the kitchen leaving me to cook in the dark!!!

  The staff and management were outstanding! The furniture and amenities were all just what we wanted for this type of vacation. My only disappointment was with the refrigerator looking like the outside had never been cleaned and some of the bathroom fixtures were in need of a little repair. Other than that it was very good place to spend our vacation for the price.

  The condo we stayed was nice and big but it wasn't as close to the beach as we wanted. The walk was just down the street and then down the boardwalk but we were told it had beach access so we were thinking it was closer. Other than that the condo was great and right in front of the pool which my kids loved. The pool did seem to be rough on your feet. My daughter and other kids there had cuts on their feet after walking around in the pool for a while. But we would stay there again for the price. Not bad at all.

  Given the relatively few pics of the complex and unit, we were taking somewhat of a stab in the dark on this property- mostly based on its price and location. Boy, were we in for a shock! While the complex is not much to look at on the outside, the unit
  we stayed in was fantastic! It was spacious, clean, well appointed, and had a nice, cold A/C! The unit had all the kitchen utensils we needed, and there was cable tv in every room! The bedrooms were big, and each had a private bathroom. We went with another
  couple with young children and there was plenty of room for a third couple with kids if we wanted! We really enjoyed our stay there. The pool was a very nice way to cool off and wash off the salt-water from the beach. Note: this complex is not really within
  walking distance to the beach if you are bringing any sort of gear (coolers, tent shade, beach bag, etc.). It is very close to downtown, and just a very short drive to the car entrance of the beach. I completely recommend this unit, and it will be our go-to
  place to stay in the future!

  Overall we had a great time in Sea Sands 102. It was pretty quiet, close to the pool & spacious for a 2 bedroom. Aside from a few things not working properly (2 broken lamps and 1 broken fan, a couple outlets that didn't work, cable tv in the bedrooms didn't work or didn't come in well) the room was nice. We discovered the microwave was broken & the management company quickly replaced it - very happy with that! The room is so close to town & a beach access road. A great stay if you can do without a boardwalk to the beach!

  We love the Port A area. The weather our first 3 weeks was ideal and we had visitors fly in to visit up. The condo was nice. The living room furniture as so-so. It was fairly clean and wonderful beds. Quiet community The walk to the beach was longer than advertised but good exercise. Couldn't do it when the weather turned cold. The property location was a bit far from the ferry but a nice neighborhood. The property management was very nice. Didn't need to contact them for anything. We might stay there again if we get to return to Port A another year.

  We had a good experience, nothing fancy but worked for what we needed. Futons in the living room were fine to sleep on but not real comfy if up in couch mode. Take your own trash bags!! They supply one trash bag, which I didn't see mentioned, so we had to go buy some. Wish I would have known and we would have taken an extra bag from home. Not a big deal but kind of annoying when you're expecting some of the small things to be there...salt and pepper, cooking spray, etc. that have been in places we've rented before (different company) so we didn't think to pack.

  I chose this property based on previous reviews....all which were 100% accurate! Great location, clean and huge! With 2bedrooms and 2 full baths, there was never a wait! Beach access within walking distance, I usually drove just because I had chairs, umbrellas, ice chest,etc. Great, clean pool right out the back door. With wireless and cable in the condo, the very few times we were inside we could amuse ourselves. Great local restaurants nearby too. We will be back!

  We did like the location. Close to the beach. Served its purpose. The only downside were the beds. Not comfortable, our backs hurt and sleep wasn't the best. Other than that it was okay. No I wouldn't stay there again but it was okay for our first time there.

  Had ALL the dishes I needed. It was Great not having to bring all the dishes. The bottom floor is what we needed because my Husband had a Heart attack four months ago. Unloading/loading was right there. Beach was cleaner down by Mustang Island.
