  We shared the home with another family. Having 4br/4ba was perfect for us. The boys (18 and 13) loved the lower level bedroom with it's separate entrance, but I would think anyone with very young children could find that room not working very well. The location was absolutely perfect and lived up to our expectations in every way

  We rented this condo some years ago. It has been remodeled and in excellent condition. Extra clean also. Happy to see that it is being well cared for. We will definitely be back next year with our family. I feel this is the best unit at Port Aransas.

  We have stayed at LC 3 times and this rental is the best. Updated bathrooms and kitchen. One suggestion would be helpful to stock a few trash bags, salt and pepper and laundry detergent just to start people out. These are things you forget to bring!! Loved it, will go again next year.

  This is our 5th year we have spent at this home for a summer family vacation with our children and grandchildren. We stay there mainnly because of the unbeatable view and the easy access to the beach. This year, we noticed that the property was very clean and new patio furniture had been added. I hesitate to reccommend it because it is already hard to book.

  It was the ultimate family vacation spot. We could not have enjoyed the beach more; the weather was perfect the whole time (maybe little windy a couple of days) but, overall was just great. Grandsons, ages 6 & 10, could not have enjoyed the sand/waves/gulls/sand crabs/etc more. Even though it was an expensive vacation for us, the house was comfortable for all and the views fantastic all the time. Plenty of hot water and the AC worked great. We feel blessed to have had this, probably once in a lifetime, wonderful family adventure. We will relive the memories many times from our photos. Thanks. enjoy the journey, the alleys

  Overall a wonderful experience. Patrick at Porta Escapes made the difference. Great businessman. Couldn't use one room...toxic oder....I'm sure no one else will experience this. Patrick will see to it. Broken ice maker. There were 9 of us. Had to buy paper products, and garbage bags. Ad states 11 can be accomidated. Great ocean view. Very nice home. Good furnishings. Hard and old mattresses. We'd go again anyway! And stay in the same house....Thanks Patrick!

  Once again we had a wonderful stay at #17 Lost Colony. The location and views are amazing. House was comfortable for our group of 5. Dishwasher was broken when we arrived, wireless internet did not work and 4th bedroom & bath had no window coverings so we could not use them.
