This stunning property is now available for your next vacation to Port Aransas. Elevated on stilts, it offers ample parking space underneath. As you ascend the stairs, you'll discover a single-level layout with a spacious comfy living area that has a flat screen TV, you will have a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
Escape to a home and experience the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. Amenities include a hot tub, heated swimming pool, BBQ Grills (charcoal), fish cleaning station, and assigned covered parking. Port Aransas is 6 miles from the Beach Club where you will find plenty of attractions, fabulous restaurants and wonderful shops. The Texas State Aquarium, and Lexington are located in Corpus Christi, Texas. Parking for 2 maximum. No golf carts allowed. Boats and trailers are NOT allowed. The condo is on the second floor. There is not elevator access for this unit. Please be aware there are external cameras.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
