Recently renovated unit! Updates on the inside include new wood-look tile throughout, fresh coastal paint, new kitchen cabinets and a new cooktop. Outside there is a huge pergola that provides shade for almost the entire yard! There is also a wooden patio area in the corner of the property with patio furniture. Situated on Alister Street in the heart of Port Aransas, this property is just a short distance away from the grocery store, restaurants, bars and other shopping. These cottages have been a fixture in Port Aransas for years and offer a truly unique location. This home features tile flooring throughout. There is a dining table and the kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and all the other essentials. This home can sleep 3, with a king bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa, ideal for children. Updated furnishings including 2 flat screen televisions, all decorated in tasteful decor.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 2 pets allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
- This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. This property only has enough parking for one vehicle.
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sunblock and beach gear.

- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
