Stainless steel appliances shine alongside granite countertops in the kitchen. Seating at the island bar for 2. The table in the dining area seats 6. All-new furnishings in the living area include a plush sofa and a sleeper sofa. Kick back on Adirondack chairs under the covered porch. The adjacent pavilion offers a shaded retreat and a shared charcoal grill area is ideal for cookouts. Grilling is not allowed on the patios. PER HOA: POOL IS CLOSED EVERY TUESDAY FOR CLEANING. The maximum occupancy for this condo is 10 persons.
Parking notes: Assigned parking for 2 vehicles, each is labeled 2D. A golf cart is available to rent for an additional fee of $120 + tax per day, for the duration of your stay. (If you’d like to rent the golf cart, please call in advance to reserve.)

Great Stay!
We had a wonderful time. The home was centrally located to everything and very easy drive to the beach. The home was perfect for our family and had all we needed. The beach devour was a great touch. Couch and beds were very comfortable as well. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Place!
This is a great place to stay. Beautiful house, comfortable beds, pool. It’s walking distance to restaurants and bars. Also, has a 6 seater golf cart you can rent during your stay. We’ve stayed here several times. And never want to leave ?

This townhouse/condo was very clean and all the beds were super comfortable. We couldn't find extra trashbags but we always come prepared so it wasn't a big deal for us. Loved this place and would highly recommend it.
