With an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, a private covered balcony, and comfortable sleeping arrangements for families and groups, this condo is a great home base for your coastal getaway. Enjoy the community swimming pool, take a stroll along the community boardwalk for easy beach access, and spend your days soaking up the sun along the Texas coast.

WHAT TO EXPECT
A Change In Latitude GC1009 offers a comfortable, open layout with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and separate access to the covered balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed.

The well-equipped kitchen opens into the dining and living areas, creating a welcoming shared space for meals and relaxation. Step outside to the private, covered balcony with outdoor seating, or head to the community pool and use the pedestrian boardwalk for easy access to the beach.

Please note that this property does not offer a view. An exterior Ring camera is located at the front door.

COURTESY NOTICE: ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT
A roof replacement project at Grand Caribbean Condominiums is scheduled to begin October 5, 2026, and is expected to continue through approximately November 30, 2026, weather permitting.

During this period:
Construction is scheduled Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Guests may experience construction noise, and workers and equipment may be present on-site.
Temporary restrictions may affect certain areas of the property.
A portion of the parking lot will be closed for construction equipment.
Pool access may be limited periodically.

The condo, beautiful and tastefully decored. Enjoyed the side by side refrigerator. The master shower with the uh floor to ceiling glass and the waterfall affect, was very nice. The batwing bathroom door not so much.'we love our privacy'.

Perfect for a girls getaway.
There was way more space than I expected. We had 3 people in our group and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The laundry room was very convenient, and the kitchen was spacious.

Beautiful unit. Parking not so great.
The condo was beautifully decorated, well stocked and maintained! Check in and out was easy. However, we asked and were told (via email and text) before arrival we would have 3 parking passes. Three couples that live in 3 different cities/states, with three different cars need 3 passes. Upon arrival we only had two passes. Called management company (the woman we spoke too WAS NOT very nice) and she blamed it on the Condos HOA and said we could park one of our vehicles in their UNSECURED parking lot away from where we were staying. It was very worrisome. Other than the worry of our car being safe, the unit was great!

We are truly sorry for any misunderstanding! The condo is advertised has having only parking for 2, per the HOA. We are so please we could offer you alternate parking and that you enjoyed the condo! We hope to see you again at A Change In Latitude.

Best way to start the summer!
What a perfect stay for besties after graduation! The townhouse was clean and well appointed. Perfect for the price point!

Beautiful SpaciousHome
The online photos of the home were beautiful. When we arrived, we were pleased to see that the photos perfectly represented what we saw in person. We really enjoyed our stay and wish that we had more time to spend there. The home was well equipped, so all we needed was our food. It’s located about 10 minutes away from the town of Port Aransas. The local restaurants were great as was the seafood, and the views from the restaurants.

Fall Break Crew
Everything was great! Communication was excellent, great location, easy beach access w/ cart to carry gear included, and refreshing pool to cool off a long day. The unit was clean, well equipped, and very spacious for our family of three kids + two adults.

Great condo, but no golfcarts!!!
Super spacious, comfy beds and amazing proximity to beach! Almost perfect for our family of 5. Unfortunately would not stay here again because for some reason they do not allow golf carts. Management will tell you it’s because there’s no path to the beach. But there is, literally right there!! It belongs to beach cottages but they’ve given Grand Caribbean access. Such a shame!

We thank you for your review. Their boardwalk can not support golf carts. Unfortunately, the HOA of Grand Caribbean has not reached out to inform us of this change yet, with the neighboring community. That will be a great additional for them! Just a short walk from the beach
This vacation rental was perfect for our family of five. The place was very clean and spacious. Especially enjoyed that we were just a short walk from the beach. We were able to use the boardwalk to have beach access. Our family thought the place was beautiful. We had a great time!

Beautiful Condo
This is our favorite condo on the island and we have stayed at so many. The interior is so well done and comfortable and the boardwalk is just a short distance to the beach. Love the pool area as well! We will always come back to this gem!

Much Needed Getaway
Beautiful rental!! Beds were so comfortable. Large spacious walk in showers. My 80 year old parents loved it. Trust me when I say they are hard to please. Beach decor through out the condo was so pretty especially the Jellyfish lamps❤️. We will definitely be looking forward to many more stays with you as well as recommending to our friends and family. Thank you so much!!!

Some of my family stayed in 1008, some on 1009, everything was great, seems like the price went up since last year. Love staying at Grand Caribbean, just a little pricey.

Great Mothers Day Weekend
We enjoyed ourselves very much. There were 4 adults and 3 teenagers. We were very comfortable and loved having a third bathroom. Would enjoy staying there longer and our next coastal visit. The swimming pool was visible from our first floor unit and has a great boardwalk over to the beach.
We recommend this unit and location anytime... ��

Best stay ever
We loved this rental. Great location a easy walk to the beach. The unit was beautiful and very comfortable. We have stayed at a lot of different condos in the 35 years we have been going to Port A. This is our favorite. We will be staying here again next summer.

Beautiful accomodations and beach access
Every room was nice and condo smelled fresh. Difficulty with corroision on swimmimg pool lock. numbers and letters difficult to read, so took 10 minutes to open. Back patio window panel was broken and both doors to patio access were hard to open, and to lock and unlock . One door was repaired day after arrival. Handicap bars need to be added for the elderly to safely enter and exit the showers. anti-slip pads need to be kept inside and outside showers. Otherwise, a beautiful experience. We loved the accommodations!
