1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: King bed, TV

- Bedroom 3: Queen sofa sleeper, TV closed off by French doors
2nd floor:

3rd floor:
- Bedroom 5: King bed, 2 twin over full bunk beds, TV, and jack and jill bath

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A 2 night minimum stay is required.
- Check in starts at 4pm but is not guaranteed. In some cases, on a quick-turn day, check in will be closer to 5pm.
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25.  A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
-We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments.

Loved This Place!
What a great place! This home is so close to the beach, we walked back and forth multiple times a day, sent kids by themselves with an adult watching from the beach and one watching from the balcony, drug wagons and coolers with no problem and carried bags and it wasn’t so far to regret our decision. Also, beach access for drivers is 2 blocks down, so it’s super convenient. We have stayed in rentals in Port A where they were either long walks or long drives. This was neither. We loved the close proximity to town too. The house is large with enough eating seating for as many beds as it has. Not many places have that. The dishes were plentiful and good quality. There were 2 crockpots and many other large or multiple pots/pans for cooking for our large group (15). The master is perfect! Downstairs had to hear the putter patter of little feet, but they had good privacy. The balconies got lots of use, they had nice shade and breezes and ample seating for our group. We loved the elevator, large garage and outdoor shower. They made life so easy. Overall, we have rented in Port A many times through the years and we loved this unit the most! We are likely to rent it again. We can’t say that about any of the other places. Our family is large and we have had to get multiple units to fit everyone. This unit held all of us together in one place, what a precious gift! I highly recommend it!

Fabulous home at 903 Banyon Beach Dr
Family of ten, grandparents, grown adults, and children, 3 levels of living provided everyone private space but also very nice family room sofa and huge dining table provided family space. Check in was smooth and checkout was easy. Great communication from Port Aransas Escapes staff!

Perfect stay! This home is lovely and well stocked. Great for a large family coast trip! Clean. Close walk to the beach. Neighborhood pool. Elevator between the first and second floor! Port A Escapes as always was great and responsive! Definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again!

NOT Happy
We chose this rental house because it was advertised as having an elevator. That was the deciding factor in deciding on a house for a reunion of mobility-impaired 70 and 80-year olds. When we arrived on Sunday, the elevator would not work. We called the help line and a repairman was sent out. He was unable to fix the problem. We struggled to get our luggage and food items up the stairs and into the house. The elevator did not get fixed until Tuesday afternoon. 3 long days. And we just assumed that the elevator went to the top floor. No, it didn't. So here we have 11 elderly people trying and failing to climb the steps to the second and third levels. Very disappointing, and we would never have chosen a three story house if we had known the elevator would not work. The house itself is beautiful. It was very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. It would have been the perfect house if the elevator was operational.

��☀️Beautiful Beach Home☀️��
Absolutely loved this beach house! The place was clean, spacious, and easily accommodated our group of three families, 6 adults / 6 children. The bottom floor had 2 bedrooms, small kitchen, living area and full bath, second floor had a huge kitchen, dining, living area, balcony, and the master bedroom. The master bedroom is amazing. The top floor is one room with a full bath, queen bed, 2 bunk beds and was perfect for the kiddos. All of the beds were comfortable, and the couch was too. The garage was a plus for sure. The kids also enjoyed the community swimming pool. What we liked most about this house is how spacious it was and the short distance to the beach. Communication and check in was on point and we had a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place for combined family, or a large family trip.

Family get away
We rented this unit as a Mother’s Day and Father’s Day present for our parents. Both my sister’s and my families stayed with them. Great location, the elevator was a great help for my dad. My only complaints were the garbage disposal operation, and the cooktop. I looked for a good hour for the garbage disposal switch to no avail. I finally embarrassingly called the management company. Even the electrician was confused until he called his supervisor. Turns out you have to put the stopper in the drain and turn it. The cooktop buttons are very sensitive, and we got an error displayed at one point. I googled the repair, and had to reset the breaker (in garage). Not a huge deal at all, just FYI for future guests. Great location, clean, comfortable. Plenty of room.

Another excellent stay with Port A Escapes
This house was perfect for our family! Love the large living area and the master. The bunk room was perfect for grandkids. We have rented many houses in Port A and this ranks up as one of the favorites! There was an issue with a refrigerator being broken and the new one delayed, and PAE brought a loaner fridge in and up to the kitchen. While not “perfect” they went out of the way for it to be as close to it as possible. Stuff happens, things break, and PAE took it in hand and found a solution! We will definitely be back!

Fabulous stay...gorgeous home with an amazing kitchen!
We had a wonderful stay at "A Shore Thing" this past weekend. We had 3 families (kids from 3 to 16 years old) and everyone had plenty of room. Grandma appreciated the elevator and ADA options since she id currently using a walker. The downstairs area is like a separate home with a full kitchen, den, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The upstairs kitchen was truly a delight for me to prepare family meals for our large group. They have everything needed to cook in this stocked kitchen including lovely serving dishes, tons of plates and glasses, nice/sharp knives, good pans, and even 2 crockpots. This has not been the case at other homes we've stayed at in Port A. Also, the photos don't quite do the interior justice...even nicer in person. This is our favorite home and we will be back!

Great Rental Experience
This house was just perfect for our family. It was clean, beautifully furnished. It has a large kitchen well stocked with dishes and every counter top appliance you would ever need!!! We had a wonderful stay and working with Port A Escapes was great!!!

Great home and experience
Great home, convenient 200 yard till you are in the water at the beach, less than 2 miles from the palmilla golf course. You don't have to worry about parking on the beach because of the easy 2 min walk to get there. The home was in great condition and very spacious. A ton of bedrooms and sleeping arrangements along with plenty of seating and common areas for us to hang out at. The balcony was in a great position for hanging out during the evenings. We had a great time here and I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Family get together on the Texas Coast
Overall the accomodations were very nice, clean, and modern. The neighborhood area was very nice. Kitchen was well equipped. It slept 16 but needed a bit more explanation of exact beds and sleeping arrangements. A few maintenance issues needed attention and a water leak in kitchen caused a bit of an inconvenience with flood alarm that was connected incorrectly to system and caused police to be dispatched. Port Aransas police are very polite and respectful!
Walk to beach was great and neighborhood pool very clean. Management company was very easy to contact by phone and through app.

Perfect getaway
We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for my family. It had everything we needed , especially in the kitchen. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to the beach and community pool. I would definitely recommend this rental. Thank you for allowing me and my family to enjoy this beautiful home.

Well maintained, spacious and close to beach
The property is well maintained and has easy and close access to beach. Rooms were spacious with king beds in each room and comfortably accommodates party of 12-16 people. Kitchen is well loaded with all the required items.

Great stay, but....
We rented this for the full occupancy of 14. It had enough beds and what we thought might be a couple of smallish ones, but doable. Get there and find out that 8 of the 14 spots are in one room. Ugh! This house has a fantastic great room/kitchen that mostly made up for the bedroom kids are all adults and prefer privacy for couples. The property is also within walking distance of the beach...also awesome! It was clean as could be and was fully stocked for almost any little thing you could need. Very nice home!
This house would be exceptional for a few couples with a lot of smaller kids.

Sandfest Weekend
We had a great time, over the Sandfest Weekend in April 2017. We were a huge group of 5 couples plus kids & the house was large enough to accommodate all of us. Only thing that threw us off a bit was that the 5 Bedrooms mentioned, included a small room with the convertible sofa couch. I would not have counted that as a Bedroom.
Overall very new house, with all appliances being quite technologically advanced. Almost all of us work in technology field, but still had difficult time figuring out the stove, garbage disposal, etc. But the property managers were quick to respond to any issues we had.

Beach is a quick walk away from this house.
We had a great vacation, and would recommend this house to anyone with a large group/ family.

It was great! Enjoyed the house and proximity to town as well as the beach. The construction next door was an eye sore, but other than that a great place to have a family vacation!

Great Port A house for big family
This was our second year to stay at "A Shore Thing". We absolutely love this house. It is perfect for our large extended family. House is so close to the beach and town. Kids love this place. Community pool and outdoor shower are so great! All of the amenities are so first class. The only negative I have is with the refrigerators. Both times that we stayed we had issues with them not getting cold enough to keep our food from spoiling. Which is a shame to pay this much for such a state of the art house to not have cold refrigerators. We had to use ice chest.

Grandkids Retreat
Everything was great. Had a great time. House is beautiful and well kept. Except: both refrigerators malfunctioned the entire time we were there, as did the elevator. All in all, stuff happens, the rental agency did their best, and we had a great time.

We Had a Blast!
We took a student group here for a leadership retreat. Everything was super clean and the accommodations were spot on! I really like the layout of the house- lots of room to hang out and have a good time. This spot is a hop skip and a jump from the water!

Fabulous house, great location!
The family thanked me over and over for finding this place. We had a great time. The beach was great and so close. The house had plenty of space for everyone and plenty of dishes and everything we needed to make great meals. The elevator was kind of small for wheelchairs but we made it work.

A fantastic ladies retreat venue!
Such a beautiful home and so convenient to the beach. The beds were amazingly comfortable and couches inviting . Appliances were modern and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Our group of 11 ladies spent many hours on the back balcony reading, visiting and solving the world's problems. It's a "smart house", maybe smarter than us as we had some technical difficulties the first 2 days with the stove top, elevator and TV, but the service professionals were quick to respond. We had a home church service with a keyboard, hymns, the Lord's Supper and a sweet Bible devotion. We called our group The Beach Church of the Sisters Cousins Aunts and Friends. What a fun time we had! A fantastic 4 days in beautiful Port A!

Great Vacation Spot!
This vacation home rental was everything we hoped it would be. The home is very modern, completely stocked with everything you would need except food and is a very short walk across the boardwalk to the beach! There is also a pool on site if you want to avoid the sand for the day. The home is a "smart house" and is very modern with every convenience you could possibly want. We had four families stay here and we had ample room for everyone. The pictures are a very, accurate representation of the entire house. We were extremely pleased and would definitely stay here again if we needed a house this size! We did the entire check-in and out by phone and had no issues with the agency responsible for renting the property. Everything went very smoothly!

A Sure Thing with A Shore Thing
We had our annual family Port A vacation in this beach house. It's a very nice house with many wonderful features and plenty of space. The only problem we encountered was the main floor dryer would not work, but there was another downstairs. We would definitely stay here again.

Wheelchair User and Extended Family stay one week
We took our own ramp which allowed him to safely enter the elevator. It was a tight fit as he is a power wheelchair user. Someone needed to close the door behind him after he entered. Also, the rooms on the floor with the roll-in-shower were not big enough for him to transfer out of his wheelchair so he slept in the main bedroom on the second floor. Also, the bed was too tall for him but others would not have an issue probably. He did use the master toilet as the other bathroom had a cabinet over the toilet which doesn't work with his toilet chair.
The alarm for water leaks went off and the staff came instantly to find there was no leak. My Mother was home alone and would have been upset had they not come so soon.
The weird algae or seaweed on the beach was the biggest negative but we would stay here again.

The Perfect Weekend
Easter weekend 3 Families 7 children. The perfect weekend away from Kingwood. Great location, and the house is amazing. All we kept saying was there was nothing that was forgotten in this home. The kids had a blast ages 4 - 12. Absolutely amazing property. You could not go wrong by staying here. Thank you for the memories. We will rent again soon.

We had a wonderful time and will come back. The property is close to the beach, access by boardwalk. Lot of building going on in neighborhood but should be finished by next year. We loved our time spent in Port Aransas. We look to many years of enjoying Texas.

Thanksgiving 2013
Beautiful home w amazing appliances. Had trouble operating tv in main room on Thanksgiving. They came the next day but it was extremely inconvenient. Everyone wanted to watch football. Also toilet in jack n Jill never filled. And ice maker on 2nd floor did not work.

A Must Stay!
This was the third house that I have rented in the BB location! It's is , BY FAR, the best planned house! The accommodations were first class! Everything that was needed to enjoy our family stay was available ! Will definitely rent again and again!
