WHAT TO EXPECT
The Artist's Beach features a multilevel layout with the main living spaces on the second floor and additional bedrooms upstairs. The second-floor open-concept living and kitchen area provides a comfortable place to gather, while the guest bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom offers convenient accommodations on the same level.

The third floor features the primary bedroom with a king bed and a guest bedroom with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. The spacious balcony extends from the living area and features outdoor seating and beach views, giving guests a place to relax and enjoy the coastal surroundings.

Guests also have access to the Lost Colony community swimming pool and boardwalk to the beach. The property accommodates up to eight guests and allows up to two pets, subject to the applicable pet fees and policies.

PARKING
Each unit is limited to two vehicles, including guest parking.
Parking is available for two medium-sized vehicles.
Larger vehicles must use the approved overflow parking area to the right after entering the gate.
Garage access is not available.
Street parking and parking that blocks the common drive are prohibited.
Buses, boats, boat trailers, trailers, motorcycles, campers, RVs, house trailers, and vehicles over one ton are not permitted outside an approved overflow parking area.
Disabled vehicles may not be parked on the property outside a personal garage.
Parking in grass or landscaped areas is prohibited.
Guests may not park in another owner's driveway.
Overflow parking is located to the right after entering the gate.

PET POLICY
Up to two pets are permitted.
For stays of 1–29 days, the pet fee is $100 per pet plus a $25 cleaning fee.
For stays of 30 days or longer, the pet fee is $200 per pet plus a $100 cleaning fee.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
A minimum stay of two to three nights is required; the applicable minimum may vary.
The contracting guest must be at least 25 years old.
A signed rental agreement and a copy of the contracting guest's driver's license are required.
Klarna and Affirm payments are not accepted.
Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the coastal environment. These services are beyond Port A Escapes' control, and discounts or refunds will not be provided for service disruptions.

GRILLING RESTRICTIONS
Due to city ordinance and safety concerns, cooking grills of any type are prohibited within 10 feet of a rental home and may never be used on decks or balconies.
Violations may result in significant city fines.
Guests are responsible for any resulting damage or liability.
Lost Colony imposes an additional $1,000 fine on renters caught violating the grilling restrictions.

The Artist's Beach is professionally managed by Port A Escapes and includes:

Pre-arrival inspection by a Port A Escapes team member
Clean towels and linens
Starter supplies, including hand and bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge

Starter supplies are provided for convenience until guests can shop for additional necessities.

Perfect location!!
This home is really in the perfect location with easy access to the boardwalk, which is a shorter walk than it looks in the pictures! The home was clean, the gift left for us was a surprise, and the decor was beautiful. We loved the view from the deck off of the living room with comfy loungers and a table and chairs! The use of washer and dryer was a bonus and more needed than we considered. Just as a heads up, the stairwells are pretty narrow, but doable. There are a few windows that need replacing bc the seals have been broken, which somewhat blocked the view when inside. We shared this unit with 7 adults (well 3 were teens but adult sized) total and that was just about right.

Perfect Beach Girl’s Trip!
My girlfriends and I have been going to Port A for many years and this is by far our favorite place that we have stayed. It is right on the beach and next to the pool. It was clean and spacious, decorated nicely with comfortable furniture. Also a large balcony to enjoy seeing and hearing the ocean. A nice touch was that the host left a thank you gift! We can’t wait to go again! Needless to say this was the perfect place for our girls getaway!

There were some maintenance and cleanliness issues. My bedside light didn’t work, the trim on the shower doors was coming off and the living room furniture cushions were all dirty and or stained

Beautiful vacation home
This was a lovely home, and perfect for our family of seven. The view from the 3rd floor master bedroom and 2nd floor deck is EVERYTHING! We were pleasantly surprised to find a variety of beach toys/tent in the 1st floor closet. We were also pleased with how quickly the management responded to fix an issue with the master bed frame. Overall it was a perfect stay!

Unbeatable location!!
We loved out stay! Very close to the beach and tremendous views. The king sized bed mattress needs to be replaced, but other than that we were very pleased with the home. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Trip
We had a great time. Fantastic location. Easy access to beach with great views from the house. There is a lot of stairs with turns if you're traveling with an older group. Master and master bathroom were very very nice. No issues with other areas of the house, just not quite as fancy as we thought it would be from the pictures. Parking is tight if you're in pick ups but the over flow parking is close and convenient.

We absolutely loved the view of the beach from this house! And the house itself was very nice and quite comfortable.

Perfect location!
Great view of the beach! Felt like we were right on the water. The house was great, clean and perfect for our group. The community pool was right next to the house. You could lay in bed and look at moon light on the water, storms roll in and sunrises in the morning. We really enjoyed it. Highly recommend!
