Important Pool Notice
The HOA is currently renovating the community pool, which will be closed throughout April. The pool is expected to reopen in May 2026, weather permitting. We appreciate your understanding as improvements are completed.

What to Expect
Step inside and enjoy a bright, open living space perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach or on the water. Guests love starting their mornings on one of the two private decks and ending the day fishing from Bay Tree’s private pier or gathering at the community BBQ area.

Primary Bedroom: Queen bed (main level) with private ensuite walk-in shower
Second Bedroom: King bed (upstairs, accessed via spiral staircase)
Third Bedroom: Twin-over-full bunk bed (upstairs, accessed via spiral staircase)
Clean Bed Promise: We wash every sheet, towel, and comforter after each stay at our in-house professional facility at over 140°F, exceeding CDC standards.

weekend break
the condo was great. Loved to patios. Every evening we would all sit out on the top deck relaxing and talking about the day. The condo was very clean. Great location. A 5min drive or 10min walk to most of the resturants around.

Relaxing Adventure in lovely Condo.
The two floor condo close to the beach and all Port Aransas activities was perfect. Clean, well furnished with all one would need for comfort, relaxation and fun. Highly recommend.
