This spacious condo features tile flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances, and a large, comfortable sofa in the living area—ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun.

Enjoy coastal breezes from not one, but two private decks located off the living room and the upstairs primary bedroom. Guests love fishing from Bay Tree's private pier, a true must-do experience during your stay. After a fun-filled day at the beach or on the water, unwind by the Texas-sized community pool or gather with family and friends at the barbecue area.

BTA1112 is a premier vacation rental property provided by Port A Escapes, professionally managed to ensure that everything is expertly handled before your arrival, and includes:

- 24/7 guest support

- Professional cleaning to the highest standards

- Pre-arrival inspection performed by one of our team members

- Clean bath towels & linens provided

- A well-equipped kitchen. Spices are not provided

- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than 1, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear and mosquito spray

- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.

- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

weekend break
the condo was great. Loved to patios. Every evening we would all sit out on the top deck relaxing and talking about the day. The condo was very clean. Great location. A 5min drive or 10min walk to most of the resturants around.

Relaxing Adventure in lovely Condo.
The two floor condo close to the beach and all Port Aransas activities was perfect. Clean, well furnished with all one would need for comfort, relaxation and fun. Highly recommend.
