Bay Tree Condos A1314 is a tastefully decorated condo in Port Aransas. It offers two balconies overlooking the courtyard. The 2nd floor balcony offers a front row view to city fireworks! Featuring tile floors, stainless appliances, a comfy sofa and 4 flat screen TVs. This condo is located on the second floor with no elevator access. It is first come, first serve.

Second-floor condo with stair access only; no elevator. The condo sleeps up to 8 guests and includes 2 full bathrooms.

Great place for Girls Getaway
We had plenty of room for 6 of us ladies. Beautifully decorated and comfortable couch and beds. The pool was great! Great location as well. We were as close to the beach as we were to restaurants and shops. Will be back.

Short Vacation
Overall it was good, but a few items that need attention. The chairs on the back porch off the main living room are corroded so bad that they’re about to break and hurt somebody if the chair collapses because of the corrosion. Water pressure downstairs in the bathroom was bad. The upstairs sink was clogged. Someone came by and took the drain plug out of it and it was OK after that. Other than those two things was a very good experience we all enjoyed it.

Pretty good overall ... just eh refrigerator issue was a problem. Had to use our small cooler as it wasn't cool even after 24 hrs. By around 36 we could put things in. That kept us from buying as much from grocery store as we planned. As an owner I would have this issue addressed asap! Or provide a discount for the inconvenience letting the potential renter know what to expect so they could bring a larger cooler. ��

Honest Review
Location is great. You can walk to restaurants and bars. The boat dock and pool area is nice. If you have a boat it's a great location for that. Our specific unit was nice. It could have been cleaned a little better, could use a little update on paint, kitchen, appliances ect. One bedroom the fan does not work if you have to turn the light off. Having two front doors is nice. The stairs inside the unit are very small and not easy for everyone to use. Unit is smaller than it looks in pictures. Overall stay was good

It’s not all about the physical facility, it’s getting away and spending time with family. BTA-13/14 was available and we had everything we needed, a/c worked great, clean beds, a kitchen, baths, and a washer/dryer. The condo needs a few minor repairs and some of the outdoor patio furniture needs to be replaced but we’d rent this unit again.

Family Memories
This is the 3rd year our family has stayed at this location. We have boys that love to fish at the private pier. The rooms have everything you need to fill at home. My daughter Inlaw appreciates the washer/dryer to stay up with the kids laundry.

Family Adventure
My wife and I were hoping for the best when looking for a condo stay near the water so our sons (avid fishermen) could bring their boats. Bay Tree did not disappoint. The condo was very clean kitchen to bathroom with many amenities. Parking was plentiful and boat slips nearby. Nikki was a tremendous help getting us settled in. We plan to do it again next year.
