WHY GUESTS LOVE THIS PROPERTY
This three-bedroom condo gives families and groups useful separation, with one king bedroom on the main level and additional bedrooms upstairs. Two king beds, a queen bed and twin bunk beds sleep up to eight, while the in-unit washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays. This would be a front row seat to watch the 4th of July and New Years Eve fireworks from the top balcony!

WHAT TO EXPECT
Bay Tree B1314 is tastefully decorated and is sure to delight! Bedroom 1 offers a king bed off of the living room on the main level. Up the spiral staircase the 2nd offers a king bed. The 3rd bedroom offers twin over twin bunkbed and a queen bed both room. Washer and dryer in the main level for extra convenience. This is a second floor condo with no elevator access.

Our annual trip to Port A was great, this was our first

A GREAT place!
The condo is perfect. We loved the location and how easy it is to get everywhere. So close to all the things you would need and being able to walk to the pier and fish was amazing.

Rental was very clean with updated appliances, countertops, flooring, and HVAC systems. Staff was friendly & helpful! Location has wonderful views of the ship channel & plenty of opportunities to fish from the pier or bank. Easy access restaurants. Will definitely rent again!
