Bay Tree B1314 is tastefully decorated and is sure to delight! Bedroom 1 offers a king bed off of the living room on the main level. Up the spiral staircase the 2nd offers a king bed. The 3rd bedroom offers twin over twin bunkbed and a queen bed both room. Washer and dryer in the main level for extra convenience. This is a second floor condo with no elevator access. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 2 vehicles. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.

- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.

- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear.

Our annual trip to Port A was great, this was our first

Excellent Place to Stay

Rental was very clean with updated appliances, countertops, flooring, and HVAC systems. Staff was friendly & helpful! Location has wonderful views of the ship channel & plenty of opportunities to fish from the pier or bank. Easy access restaurants. Will definitely rent again!
