Bay Tree Condos B1516. Tastefully decorated Port Aransas condo, has 2 balconies and front stoop with seating to watch the ships pass by over looking the swimming pool, boat slips and private fishing pier. This condo is located on the second floor with no elevator access. Tile floors, stainless appliances, comfy sofa sleeper in the living area. One full restroom on each floor. All bedrooms on 3rd floor.

Second-floor condo with stair access only; no elevator. The condo sleeps up to 8 guests and includes 2 full bathrooms.

Phenomenal!
The best location we could have picked! The condo had everything we needed plus some games in the cupboard for down time, the decor was spot on, and beds/pillows were very comfortable.

Dolphins with Coffee
Everything was just lovely. The rooms were set up nicely and the kids felt right at home. The best part was watching the dolphins from the back deck most morning and evenings. It was so close to the pool. The pier was a lil further but the kids loved fishing it which also had a dolphin right at sunset. The location is great we could hear the music from The Sip Yard at night. And was close to all the good restaurants. The Mourning Done nesting above the deck door with her mate flying around keeping an eye on things. The stay was magical.

Awesome condo
Very impressed with the property. The grounds were clean and well kept.
The condo itself was very comfortable and full of amenities. My grandkids enjoyed the pool as much as the night fishing off the pier. We were very happy with the location and the nearby restaurant and beach.
We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Port Aransas

Sunrise to sunset great view
Very comfortable, however stairs are a real hurdle. Getting your luggage up and down a spiral staircase is no joke. I would also not feel comfortable with children here, using those stairs. The second floor deck needs attention definitely not a good place to be barefoot. I prefer this property management company over most in Port A, because they answer the phone, are attentive, and have the local hospitality that keeps me coming back to Port A.

Friend weekend!
I stayed here with four friends and we all had a great time! The place was clean and shops, stores and the beach were all within a 5 minute drive. Only had to call the management company a couple times with some questions and they were always professional, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends & family.
