Boasting a spacious balcony that offers picturesque views of the Bay Tree courtyard and magical sunset views. Recently renovated, this unit features sleek vinyl flooring in the living area and elegant tile in the bathroom. The bathroom is generously sized, showcasing a tiled shower, ample counter space, bright lighting, and a convenient stackable washer/dryer. A semi-private wall subtly divides the living and sleeping areas. 1 queen bed, and 1 queen sleeper sofa, each equipped with a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 average sized vehicle space, 1 parking pass and 4 wristbands will be provided.. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Clean & Toddler friendly
When booking a place to stay in port a it’s a must for me to find a cute and well decorated/designed place! This one caught my eye with the cute decor and the lovely teal blue palette the designers used. It was fairly priced and my husband gave the ok! Once we arrived we unpacked, there is SO much storage and room we were so impressed. Our daughter is 21 months old and this was the perfect size and extremely toddler friendly. We do clean anytime we stay somewhere since we do have a toddler and I can say this place was properly cleaned before our arrival especially the floors. The bed is so comfortable it was a little too small for me my husband and our toddler so my husband slept on the couch which pulls out into a sofa bed. Can’t complain about the stairs either I got my exercise in all week long. The covered car port is amazing too. We will absolutely stay here again.

We absolutely loved staying here! The only problem was the balcony does need some TLC because we got some things in our feet, hopefully it will be repaired like the other ones I’ve seen there as well. I really have nothing bad to say about this place other than that. We will definitely be staying here again!!!

We have stayed at Baytree many times. It's in a quiet, yet close to everything location. I would not book a 3rd floor room again, but that's just a personal preference. The condo itself was nicely kept up. The cookware could use some updating. It would be nice to leave directions for the laundry area. My only real concern is the bathroom. The toilet and shower are in a very tiny space. You have to close bathroom door to open the shower door, and then you must maneuver between the toilet and shower to get in the shower door. It was a tight squeeze. That right there is why I will never stay in B2 again.
