WHAT TO EXPECT
Bay Tree B3 is a studio condo on the second floor, no elevator access. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony and catch glimpses of ships passing through the bay channel and watch the fireworks show on July 4th and NYE while drinking your beverage of choice. Beautifully remodeled with vinyl flooring throughout the living area, tile in the bathroom. Spacious bathroom with a tiled shower, ample counter space and lighting, as well as a stackable washer/dryer. Sleeping arrangements consist of a king size bed and a queen size sofa sleeper. Semi-private wall separates the living area from the bedroom area.

Second-floor condo with stair access only; no elevator. The studio sleeps up to 4 guests and includes 1 full bathroom.

Clean but....

Overall we had a great stay! And we enjoyed the room... but the water pressure was horrible, and we never got hot water either for the shower.

Great experience

The condo was great. Located near the ship channel. The entire place was spotless and the air conditioner worked well. The covered parking spot and a nice balcony was awesome. I will definitely come back. One small knock- the shower head and wand didn’t work well at all. Square that away and I’d recommend this place without hesitation!

Clean....BUT....

As soon as you walk in its like that commercial..... Oh DAMP! Very musty smell. Definitely needs a dehumidifier and/or some damp rid. also, the shower handheld broken/leaked - couldn't really use it. Rain shower head needs to be cleaned or replaced - hardly any water came out. Will I stay there again. Only if these things got addressed.

“Oh DAMP!” definitely isn’t the first impression we want! We appreciate you letting us know. Our coastal environment and all that South Texas humidity can sometimes contribute to a musty smell, but we’ll have our team take a closer look and see what can be done to improve it. Review may ‘26

We have stayed at Baytree before in another condo. We chose this one because the bathroom was a better size. This condo was perfect for me my husband and our toddler. My only complaint is the decor. This condo has so much potential but it’s not very well decorated. A well decorated place to stay is very important to me. I hope they can decorate more and maybe add some more hooks to hang items.

Spring Break Beach Family Trip

This is a great location near the beach and fishing pier. Great for kids and a low key spot for a couple getaway. Bring your own blender and can opener because there is not one. Need an update on kitchen utensils and cookware.

Small beach stay

Place was nicely decorated and king bed was comfortable. Balcony was nice to sit out and enjoy coffee. The private pier is wonderful. NOt happy about the pool being closed and we were notified after it was too late to cancel.

Perfectly Peaceful

We had an amazing experience! The room had everything we could possibly need for a quick vacation. The location made for a quick in and out. The security officer on site was very kind and did a thorough job, making us feel more secure. The convenience by itself gets five star.
