Bay Tree B5 is a studio unit on the second floor with no elevator access. It offers a spacious balcony overlooking the Bay Tree courtyard area and a perfect place to watch the sunset over the city marina. Full kitchen with a drip coffee maker and kitchen table with four chairs. Sleeping arrangements consist of a queen size bed and a queen sofa sleeper. Spacious bathroom. It is first come, first serve.

Second-floor condo with stair access only; no elevator. The studio sleeps up to 4 guests and includes 1 full bathroom.

Nice room, little noise from up stairs the 1st two nights then quiet the rest. Overall had a nice stay, location was great easy to all food and easy to get to the beach.
