Bay Tree B6! A spacious studio condo with amazing community amenities and an in-town location! This is a third floor condo with no elevator access. Sleeps four comfortably with a king size bed and a queen size Murphy Bed in cabinet. This would be a front row seat to watch the 4th of July and New Years Eve fireworks from the top balcony! It is first come, first serve.

Third-floor condo with stair access only; no elevator. The studio sleeps up to 4 guests and includes 1 full bathroom.

Fun stay
We had a fun stay in this efficiency condo with our 2 young children. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool, and we were close to the beach for an easy drive. Check in and checkout were easy, which I appreciated. The washer and dryer combo was also great so we could wash our swimsuits and clothes as needed. We appreciated the big King bed, along with the foldout bed in front of the couch. We were very comfortable. We didn’t use the balcony much because the kids were a little uncomfortable with the third story height, but we enjoyed the view out the sliding glass door. The condo complex was quiet and centrally located. We would stay here again, and will look at other Port A Escapes properties for our future trips. They were easy to deal with and communicated very well.

Having a washer and dryer is definitely a vacation bonus, especially with little ones!
