WHAT TO EXPECT
Bay Tree C6 is a third floor condo with no elevator access. Sleeps 4 with Queen size bed and queen size sofa sleeper. Enjoy the coastal sunsets, views of the city marina, and the Intracoastal ship channel. Bay Tree offers a community swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, private lighted fishing pier, BBQ areas, boat parking and boat slips w/electricity for rent. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking.

Third-floor condo with stair access only; no elevator. The studio sleeps up to 4 guests and includes 1 full bathroom.

Had a good trip
No issues. Everything as described. Bed was hard and couch was too short for a 6foot person without pulling it out.

Don’t miss out on staying here!
A quiet and we maintained place that has a private marina behind it. Also has great fishing, especially at night time! Would definitely recommend staying there!

October trip
I have been using Port A Escapes for over 7 years . They are awesome . Some things that could be improved at that property . Dirty dishes and we had to wash before use . No hairdryer - not a big deal but all other properties provide one . They had one but it was broken . Dirty sheets on floor by entrance and broken washer and dryer was very disappointing. However , the pool and view were wonderful and getting a 10lb bag of ice in property was very convenient. I may stay in the second floor next time.

Great place to stay!
The condo is definitely a studio condo (perfect for 2). We enjoyed the view and the quiet. One drawback was the lack of supplies. They provide a coffee maker, but no coffee filters, as well as no ice in the freezer and no way to make/get ice.

4 day get away
Bay tree C6 was perfect . Easy check in ,clean a great location with a view of the marina and ship channel. We had our own parking spot with a place to rinse the sand off before going in, and so many extras like a balcony to sit and watch the sunset. Bbq grill ,pool and a fishing pier.The kitchen was stocked with all the basic dishes . The bed was comfortable . We had several slats missing on the vertical blinds to the back door which gave an open view of the bed by the neighbors . I reported it to the office and within a couple of hours they were there to replace them. We will be back !
