Fall Port A Trip
We always have a great time and Bay Tree Condos is our kind of place. Not overly pretentious, down to earth. We really enjoy the fishing pier after a long day of visiting the beach, bars, and restaurants.

Nice Stay at Bay Tree
We are regluars at BayTree and have stayed in several different units over the years. It's a quiet property with a nice pool and in a location we really like. This particular unit (D1) is decorated nicely and has a well stocked kitchen but could benefit from some upgrades. The mattress is not as comfortable as others we've had at Baytree and the TV could use a swing arm so it could be seen from the bed too. The bathroom is a little tired especially the shower which is missing some grout and it wasn't very clean. We do really like the unit's end placement so we made do. A few little upgrades and D1 would get 5 stars from us.

Great Little Condo
The condo was accurate as pictured in listing. Great for two people. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the ships come and go. The little fishing pier was an added plus for my husband. The only requests would be an added foot stool for the sofa and a little more deep cleaning in the bathroom. Otherwise perfect for us!

Everything was great except the description said it was a queen bed and it was clearly a full size. Therefore it was very uncomfortable for my 6’3” husband and myself.

Condo needs a refresh !
This condo needs a bedding change. The mattress and pillows are well worn and need replacing. It would also be nice if they provided two towels instead of one per person. The bathroom lavatory did not have a sink stopper.

Third stay in D1
Staying in D1 for the third time should describe my experience. Love the view and location. Wish I could stay longer than two weeks at a time. The only negativity about the apartment, is that it is starting to show its age. Some updates would be nice. I'm ready to book for next trip.

Room with a view
We loved this condo. It had a great view of the ship channel. We spent hours watching the sunset and the dolphins. Room was clean and well maintained. The bed is very small though.

Fish Port A
It was a great experience for my son and I. The condo was clean and convenient. The new parking lot is very nice and a great improvement for Bay Tree. The pier was fun to fish off of and the boat slips are nice to have so close.
