Bay Tree D15/16 is a private end-unit and one of the premier locations in the complex, offering unmatched views of the Intercoastal Waterway and an elevated coastal experience. With two spacious decks featuring plenty of comfortable seating, you’ll have the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery—watch dolphins play, birds soar, and ships glide by throughout the day.

Inside, the condo is beautifully appointed for comfort and convenience, making it ideal for both short getaways and extended stays. Its end-unit location adds extra privacy and natural light, enhancing the overall experience.

Bay Tree amenities make this property even more desirable, including a private fishing pier, boat slips available for rent, and dedicated boat parking. Guests can also enjoy on-site tennis courts, covered parking, and easy access to the beach and jetties just minutes away. Beginning May 2026, the newly resurfaced swimming pool with added shade will provide the perfect place to unwind after a day in the sun.

- A two-night minimum stay is required.

Nice condo central to Port Aransas dining and activities
Nice view from decks on two levels. Nice kitchen, two bedrooms with extra bunk bed, two baths. Easy drive to beach. Enjoyed our time. However, hide-a-bed couch not very comfy to sit on. Also locks on two sliding doors did not work. Use the olde "broomstick in the slider path" trick to lock the doors. I'm not fond of that method.

Great vacation!!
We've had wonderful experiences with Port A Escapes. We stayed in a different condo this time, but it was still great. When we arrived, there was a boat in our parking spot. I sent a text to the number I had and the owner called me immediately to explain and made sure everything was okay. It was after 10 pm when we arrived, so that meant a lot! Everything was clean and comfy and the views from our decks were amazing! Thank you so much!

Always a great time!
We love this condo! It’s clean, comfy and at the end! We get to see dolphins, turtles and ships of all sizes. The fishing is good and the pool is clean!
