Description Description
Welcome to Bay Tree D15/16, a spacious and private two story condo tucked at the end of Building D overlooking the ship channel where the dolphins can be seen playing daily. There are big views of the water from both decks where ships seen passing through often.

One covered parking space is located directly beneath the unit, with an additional space just across from it. Boat parking is available in front of the building, and a private boat slip with electricity and water may be rented for $45 per day — perfect for fishing or coastal cruising.

Please note: This is a two-story condo with an interior spiral staircase and an additional exterior staircase leading upstairs. There is no elevator access. "The community pool is closed for renovations and will re-open at the end of April"

Inside the Condo

The main living area is comfortable and welcoming, with a well-equipped kitchen featuring:

- An island with seating for three

- Dining table with seating for four

- Step outside to the main deck just off the living room, where you'll find:

- Outdoor dining for 4–6 guests

- Four captain's chairs with side tables

- Upstairs, you'll enjoy access to a large sun deck with two chaise lounges, four additional chairs, and sweeping coastal views.

- Primary Bedroom: King bed, large flat-screen TV, private balcony access

- Guest Bedroom: King bed, large flat-screen TV, access to the upstairs sun deck

- Open Bunk Room: Twin-over-full bunk bed (open loft at the top of the stairs; no door — ideal for children)

Nice condo central to Port Aransas dining and activities
Nice view from decks on two levels. Nice kitchen, two bedrooms with extra bunk bed, two baths. Easy drive to beach. Enjoyed our time. However, hide-a-bed couch not very comfy to sit on. Also locks on two sliding doors did not work. Use the olde "broomstick in the slider path" trick to lock the doors. I'm not fond of that method.

Great vacation!!
We've had wonderful experiences with Port A Escapes. We stayed in a different condo this time, but it was still great. When we arrived, there was a boat in our parking spot. I sent a text to the number I had and the owner called me immediately to explain and made sure everything was okay. It was after 10 pm when we arrived, so that meant a lot! Everything was clean and comfy and the views from our decks were amazing! Thank you so much!

Always a great time!
We love this condo! It’s clean, comfy and at the end! We get to see dolphins, turtles and ships of all sizes. The fishing is good and the pool is clean!
