Condo D15/16
Personally, the condo was not in a bad location, the fishing pier was nice, but the pool was super-hot. Of course, it’s warmer weather but I’m not sure if there was little to no circulation as the jets were off and could’ve played a factor. The stairs and rooms being upstairs were not listed and the staircase inside is super narrow. Having to go up/down that at night was a struggle and would’ve not been an option had we brought grandma along. A lot of the rooms had pulling shades. Some of the shades were missing pieces so the sun just beamed right in when it came out. The king bed we slept on upstairs was so springy and had a divot in the middle, so you just rolled into one another and was not comfortable. The shower curtain rods were super rusted too. Also not to mention the A/C Filter in D15/16 was extremely dirty! Overall, it worked but I won’t be booking here again

We do want to clarify that the Bay Tree D15/16 listing notes that the sleeping areas are located upstairs. We understand, though, that stairs can be an important consideration when choosing a property, especially when traveling with anyone who may have mobility concerns. We appreciate you bringing the blinds, mattress, shower curtain rods, and A/C filter to our attention so our team can take a closer look at those items. Nice condo central to Port Aransas dining and activities
Nice view from decks on two levels. Nice kitchen, two bedrooms with extra bunk bed, two baths. Easy drive to beach. Enjoyed our time. However, hide-a-bed couch not very comfy to sit on. Also locks on two sliding doors did not work. Use the olde "broomstick in the slider path" trick to lock the doors. I'm not fond of that method.

Great vacation!!
We've had wonderful experiences with Port A Escapes. We stayed in a different condo this time, but it was still great. When we arrived, there was a boat in our parking spot. I sent a text to the number I had and the owner called me immediately to explain and made sure everything was okay. It was after 10 pm when we arrived, so that meant a lot! Everything was clean and comfy and the views from our decks were amazing! Thank you so much!
