Description Description
Bay Tree D15-16 is a very private unit at the end of building D overlooking an expanse of green lawn. Included is one covered parking space under the unit and a one parking space directly across. From the front of the unit boat parking is available. Private boat slip is available for rent for $45 per day. This is two story condo with a spiral staircase inside and an available outdoor staircase to the two bedrooms and a bunk room upstairs. These units do not have elevators. The kitchen has an island that seats three and a dining table that seats four. The deck adjoining the living room has a dining table that seats four or six and four captains chairs with tables in between. Upstairs this unit has two bedrooms both with large big screen TV's and each has patio doors to the sun deck with two chaises and four chairs and tables and BIG views! The bunk room is an open bedroom at the top of the stairs with a double bunk down and a twin bunk above. Sorry no pets, no smoking and no monthly rentals.

- A two-night minimum stay is required.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old.  A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required

Nice condo central to Port Aransas dining and activities
Nice view from decks on two levels. Nice kitchen, two bedrooms with extra bunk bed, two baths. Easy drive to beach. Enjoyed our time. However, hide-a-bed couch not very comfy to sit on. Also locks on two sliding doors did not work. Use the olde "broomstick in the slider path" trick to lock the doors. I'm not fond of that method.

Great vacation!!
We've had wonderful experiences with Port A Escapes. We stayed in a different condo this time, but it was still great. When we arrived, there was a boat in our parking spot. I sent a text to the number I had and the owner called me immediately to explain and made sure everything was okay. It was after 10 pm when we arrived, so that meant a lot! Everything was clean and comfy and the views from our decks were amazing! Thank you so much!

Always a great time!
We love this condo! It’s clean, comfy and at the end! We get to see dolphins, turtles and ships of all sizes. The fishing is good and the pool is clean!
