Welcome to Bay Tree Condominiums, Unit D2, where comfort meets convenience and relaxation awaits you. This is a third floor condo with no elevator access. This charming condo offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere for your stay with an open floor plan and a large balcony overlooking views overlooking the ship channel and the private fishing pier and boat slips. The living area features a comfortable seating arrangement, including a cozy couch and chairs, where you can unwind and enjoy your favorite shows or movies on the flat-screen TV. The condo comes with a well-equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and basic utensils. Prepare your favorite snacks or light meals at your convenience. There's a small dining table with seating for two, providing a cozy space for enjoying your meals. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.

Ship Channel View!
We really enjoyed our stay at Bay Tree. We would have liked to be provided another set of towels per person and another roll of toilet paper. The A/C also seemed to have trouble cooling the unit.

It was ok. Ceiling fan made noise, AC worked to reach 74, but it was hot outside. Property was clean! There were roaches. Not everywhere, but...
I forgot about bringing my own towel. Iam sort of a towel snob and much prefer a better quality towel.
Location was IDEAL. Friends were directly across the boat parking area.
It was QUIET! the Mattress was GOOD.
Not terrible for what I paid! The Ease of rental w Sarah is so smooth!
Overall a GOOD experience. I Always and only use Port A Escapes! Thanks!

I had a wonderful time with my family at Port A this weekend. I was delighted by the room I got, D2. It was actually quite elegant! And i loved that the TV was playing my mother's music--Glen Miller--when I walked in. That made me think of her and my father. And the cehck-out system was so EASY.

Great views!

Nice view.
The good: Great view from the deck. AC worked well and the place was clean. Rental company was good to work with. Bed was comfy.
Not so good: One of the worst showers ever. Dial in all hot and it’s like Niagara Falls but when you mix in any cold water it drops to a trickle. Freezer is below the fridge and is composed of three plastic drawers, none of which work well, making it a pain to get ice in or out. Lots of stairs to get to room.

Great view in comfortable accommodation
The unit met all our needs. We love the location and the views.

Port A Escapes is very friendly and highly responsive from the start to the end of a stay.

Our only issue with the unit was the missing outdoor umbrella but we were told that it was damaged and that’s replacement had been ordered.

Nice Stay at Bay Tree
Nice quiet property in a good "Old Town" location. The unit we stayed in has been updated and was cute and comfortable for the two of us. It would have been nice to have an umbrella on the deck to help with the morning sun but that wasn't a big problem because there were quite a few clouds around on this trip. Keep in mind that there is no elevator at this property so if climbing stairs is an issue this wouldn't work. We always enjoy our stays at Bay Tree and look forward to the next time!

Nice stay
Nice place. Only issue was the Spectrum cable receiver was stored inside a non-vented wooden box and overheated. We couldn’t get it to work after a while. Shower also drained very slowly.

Great Place to stay.
Finding the location was a bit of a challenge. The address did not take me to the condos. It would have been a big help if a map was included with the reservation. Otherwise, the view was excellent and it was close enough to what I wanted to do yet not in the middle of congestion.
