The HOA for Bay Tree Complex is renovating the community pool, which will be closed throughout April. The pool is expected to reopen in May 2026, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Welcome to Bay Tree Condominiums, Unit D2, where comfort meets convenience and relaxation awaits you. This is a third floor condo with no elevator access. This charming condo offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere for your stay with an open floor plan and a large balcony overlooking views overlooking the ship channel and the private fishing pier and boat slips. The living area features a comfortable seating arrangement, including a cozy couch and chairs, where you can unwind and enjoy your favorite shows or movies on the flat-screen TV. The condo comes with a well-equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and basic utensils. Prepare your favorite snacks or light meals at your convenience. There's a small dining table with seating for two, providing a cozy space for enjoying your meals. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.
