WHAT TO EXPECT
Bay Tree D4 is a tastefully decorated studio condo. It is located on the third floor with no elevator access. We offer a very peaceful and quiet stay and still have many fun things to do. Fishing from our private pier, lounging around our Texas size pool, barbecuing with the family. Play Tennis and pickleball on the new Courts. Enjoy the sunrises while drinking your coffee in the mornings, bring your camera.

Third-floor condo with stair access only; no elevator. The studio sleeps up to 2 guests and includes 1 full bathroom.

This was the perfect spot for my husband and I to have a quick fishing trip to Port A over Labor Day weekend. Place was just as described. Nothing fancy, but clean and beautiful views.

QUICK WEEKEND GET AWAY
THE CONDO WAS A CUTE AND COMFORTABLE CONDO FOR A COUPLE LOOKING FOR A WEEKEND (OR LONGER) GET AWAY. IT WAS AWAY FROM THE BUSY STREETS OF PORT A BUT CLOSE ENOUGHT TO WALK OR RIDE THE GOLF CART TO ALL THE RESTAURANTS, ACTIVITIES, AND THE BEACH. THE VIEWS FROM THE BACK PATIO WERE AMAZING AND IT WAS SO FUN TO WATCH THE SHIPS AND BOATS COMING AND GOING.

We love D4 at Bay Tree Condos and have for years. The only issue we had was the fitted sheet on the bed did not fit and kept coming off corners and the fire alarm went off. Other than that we love it and can’t wait to stay next year.

Perfect location
We truly enjoyed the view from the condo deck. We enjoyed watching the large ships and fishing boats as well as the dolphins. The location is a short drive to a lot of good restaurants. September is a great time to visit. We enjoyed the summertime weather without the crowds. This may be one of our annual getaways!

Very Private.Just as described.
His rental was in a condo or apartment complex... But for the middle of the summer, it wasn’t very crowded at all. Remember to read this list very carefully because walking at three flights of stairs can be a bit daunting. But we did it! The beds and the linens were incredibly amazingly, soft and crisp and very comfortable.

Lovely place
This rental is conveniently located and has a great view of the ship channel. When I arrived the unit was cool and clean. My only complaint was that it is accessed by four sets of stairs and I was not told this ahead of time. I am in my 70’s and that would have been useful information.
