Meticulously maintained beach retreat! Ground level has a covered patio! Second level includes huge deck with Gulf views, living, dining, kitchen, 2 guest bedrooms & 2 full baths, one with a whirlpool tub! Upper level includes spacious master suite & private deck with Gulf views! Lost Colony Villas offers spaciousness and privacy, community swimming pool, and direct beach access! No garage access. Beach Blessing was a fantastic home!

This is a great home! The property management team is responsive and friendly. The home was clean, cozy and well maintained. Waking distance to the beach. We had a great stay and highly recommend it.

Fun Time

They stay was great. It was about a 7 minute walk to the beach from the house. Not bad location just about a 10 minute drive to town.

This was our 5th year to stay here. I like the house. I like how it’s easily accessible to both Port A and Corpus. The walk to the beach is manageable.

This was the first year the house was not as clean as past years. It wasn’t major but I had to sweep and clean some. While the house is fine, the interior furniture is very old and tired. No changes at all over my 5 years and this furniture is way older than that. If you are looking for a nicely decorated house with comfortable couch and chairs, the other houses in LCV are a better choice, but it’s functional. I like it enough to keep renting it. Owner just needs to update to compete with the other choices.

The reservation staff is always nice and helpful.

Happy House

The house is large enough for 5 adults with the three bedrooms. The house is clean and in good working order. Lots of steps for the the various levels with lots of deck space. Nice kitchen with working appliances. Easy to communicate with the staff. Location is great with a short walk to the beach. This is our second time to stay in this unit and we will be back.

Repeat Customer

This was our third year in this property and we have reservations for next year. It’s location is great as a midway between Port A and Flour Bluff. The walk to the beach is short enough and good exercise. It would be too far for the elderly or disabled. The house is quaint and very functional for a great vacation. By comparison to other properties, it is very minimally decorated and the furniture throughout is old; however, it’s a better price point. If you like more decorations and amenities you might shop the other Port A Escapes inventory to compare. All that said-it works for my family and we are coming back for a fourth year.

Excellent stay at Beach Blessing

This was our first trip to Port A and we enjoyed our stay in Beach Blessing. The house layout was just what we needed to accompany our group. There is a view of the water from the third floor balcony. Make sure to take a wagon to pull your beach gear as it is a bit of a walk. We drove around to beach access 2 and back near the boardwalk to our house. Because it has been very dry we had a few times we thought the truck would get stuck.

Amazing getaway

Our stay was amazing! The house is beautiful and it’s a great location! I saw the sunrise every morning from the top deck, and every evening we watched the sun set across from us. The beds were comfortable and the house feels roomy. I loved the decks!! It’s a short walk to a breathtaking beach. Words can’t describe how beautiful it really is. My whole family loved it. We will definitely be back next year, if not sooner!!!

Comfortable

This is our second time to stay in this house. It’s very comfortable and I like that it’s located between Port A and Corpus as we go to both. The walk to the beach is not that far and there’s no real traffic on the street. The living room furniture is older but functional and the kitchen has most everything you need. We did get a surprise over last year as the tv in the bedroom had been removed which is a must for my son so I had to go buy one. The K-cup coffee maker had been removed and I had brought K-cups so had to go buy ground coffee. These items were there last year and are still in the pictures so it was a surprise they were removed. We still enjoyed the house and had a great time. I’ve reserved it again for next year which is the best endorsement. The management staff is the best and so very nice. Extremely attentive and responsive.

Very nice and clean property. As mentioned before it is easier to load up in your car and drive to the beach access road a mile or so down. Also the washer and dryer were not available to us even though they are in the pictures.

A true blessing!

This was the perfect place for our group (4 adults, 2 children)! Grandparents took the top floor suite - the balcony gives you a view of the ocean. Parents and kids took the 2 bedrooms on main floor - kids loved the bunks. All the beds were comfortable. House was very clean and we had no complaints.
Suggestions - bring a wagon/cart to haul your beach goods down to the water. The walk to the boardwalk is easy for adults, but if you have little ones or a load to haul, it helps. Bring plenty of ground coffee - although there is a keurig pictured, there is not one on the property.
I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a place a little quieter outside of Port A proper. (8 min drive to town)

Great Experience

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We loved the house. I have personally stayed at 5 or 6 residences in the Lost Colony and this was the nicest we have seen. Very well done. Management group and owner were great to deal with.

Winter Texans

We throughly enjoyed our 3 month stay at this home. The house was nicely decorated, it felt modern and new. The owners Dana and Danny became friends of ours. Port A escaspe was fantastic and highly recommend using them. One of our favorite things about the house was that it was located by a pond. We would sit out on the deck and admire the birds. The owners provided a bird book and binoculars. The house was perfect for our visiting children and grandchildren. Needless to say having a washer and dryer was priceless after company left. Short walk to the beach. We have only been gone a week and I miss it already.
