Welcome to your ultimate Port Aransas getaway! Spanning over 3,100 square feet, this spacious 5 bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests. Located in Mustang Island Estates, you are roughly 200 steps down a private, golf cart accessible boardwalk to the sand, offering sweeping ocean views and the soothing sounds of rolling waves.

The Space and Sleeping Arrangements: Designed for large families and multi-group vacations, the home offers a versatile layout including a third floor main living area with stunning ocean views and outdoor dining, a first floor studio apartment, large outdoor living areas on three levels with a pool, water feature, fire pit, and plenty of outdoor furniture for outdoor entertainment and dining, and an in-home elevator for easy access across floors. The home sits on a large estate lot with plenty of privacy from neighboring communities. The home is beautifully decorated with upscale furnishings and accommodations, including plush memory foam mattresses in every bedroom, down pillows and comforters, sateen bed linens and plush towels for all bedrooms and bathrooms.

Primary Bedroom (second floor): King Bed suite, offering a sitting area, coffee bar and ensuite bathroom with private access to large second story balcony with sweeping ocean views.
Bedroom 2 (first floor): Studio apartment with King Bed and Queen Pull-Out Couch with 5" foam mattress and ensuite bathroom and private access to large outdoor porch, patio and pool.
Bedroom 3 (second floor): 1 Twin Bed and 1 Full-over-Full Bunk Bed
Bedroom 4 (second floor): Queen Bed
Bedroom 5 (third floor): Queen Bed with ensuite bathroom
Extra Bedding: 1–2 Twin-size rollaway beds with 5" foam mattresses and portable bedding for infants or toddlers.

Chef's Kitchen and Dining: The main living floor features a gourmet kitchen equipped with a gas stove, breakfast bar, wet bar and everything needed to prepare feast-sized meals for your group. The lower studio unit also features its own full kitchen, giving guests extra convenience and privacy.

Beach Access: Take the short boardwalk directly to the beach on foot or by golf cart! Access on foot in a few short minutes.
Grilling and Entertainment: Outdoor grill provided, plus high-speed Wi-Fi and Spectrum TV throughout the house. Televisions available in all bedrooms and living room.

Parking: Includes partial garage access and plenty of driveway parking. Driveway can house up to 4 vehicles without double parking.

Absolutely Stunning!

Hard to leave a beautiful place with every upgrade imaginable. We loved our stay and all joked about how we wish we didn’t have to leave. lol Loved the furniture, colors, the windows the pool and all the other extras. Took about 5 minutes to be right on the beach! We are definitely looking forward to our next visit here.
