This single floor stilt home offers great breezes from the wonderful deck. Perfect for 2 families Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, Bedroom 2 has a king bed and the other 2 bedrooms have 2 sets of twin bunks each. This wonderful community has a swimming pool and a small pond for fishing. Casa Las Olas is now pet friendly so you can bring your fur baby along on vacation! Come and relax for the weekend or a whole week! Casa Las Olas has everything you will need for an enjoyable vacation. 1 car garage access.
We are proud to offer contactless check-in and check-out. Port A Escapes will contact you on the day of your arrival, typically in the afternoon once your property is ready, to provide an access code to the property. Please keep in mind that we cannot provide the access code until the property is clean and ready. STR#529420

- A two-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required.
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

Great House!
We loved pretty much everything about this house. It was clean & spacious. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals, the bathrooms and bedding felt clean and there was plenty of parking. We enjoyed some of the games that were provided at the house, on the chilly nights.

It’s the perfect location. And it was surprisingly quiet inside, even with all of the Spring Breakers around us!

Would 100% stay again!

Great location. House was nice and spacious. Beds were comfortable and bedding clean. Did have an issue with a couple giant roaches in the kitchen cabinets. Talking with the neighbors, they had the same issue. Did see multiple pest control services happening in the neighborhood.

The property was clean and well maintained. The property fit our needs and there was enough space for our group. We were able to enjoy both patio's.
During our stay we did not have the opportunity to meet the owner. This would be someplace I would refer a friend too in the future

Very highly recommend Port A Escapes. After an unfortunate weather event we were transferred to this location. It was more than we needed and the space is amazing. My grandson loved the table games. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

A very pleasant place to stay
A very pleasant place to stay The home was clean the only downside is the dryer wasn’t working but our stay wasn’t too long s. The House is Very Close To restaurantsGas station and the main Boulevard the beach is literally around the corner you’re able to drive up onto the beach so lots of places where you can rent a go cart but everything is pretty much walking distance and we love the community pool can’t wait to come back

We absolutely loved your property, it is a perfect location, only 5 minutes from the beach or 5 minutes to shopping. The house was immaculate, we appreciate coming into a home and not having to worry about anything. We were some of the “lucky “ guests that experienced the winter freeze. We lost our electricity and water, like everybody, we were able to make our food using the gas grill, even made “Swedish coffee “ Port A Escapes was wonderful in working with us, there was a lot going on with our weather. We were sad to find out that it is rented for our time off next year. The extra bonus is the PAC Man game!

Great weekend getaway
We had the best time. It was two families and 8 kids we all loved the house. Only problem was the steep steps.We had an issue getting one ceiling fan on I submitted a request and they came out within 30 minutes.

We loved our stay!
We loved our stay at Casa Las Olas. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the shower and hose facilities right in our driveway.

Family getaway
Great time. We chose this house because it had a very large living room and kitchen dining area a lot of larger homes didn’t have. Perfect for our family. It was also not far from the community pool only a couple houses down. Also we liked all our cars fit below the house for shade and protection.

Beach House
I stayed the month of February. House was beautiful. Ocean Village was nice & quiet. Suggest providing hangers, a few beverage coasters, new coffee maker. Cooking utensils were on the chintzy side. The wood floors needed to be cleaned. There was no area rug in Living room.

Great House Getaway!
A friend and I traveled to the coast with our middle school daughters and their friends. The house was perfect - the girls were in the bunk rooms and the adults had their own room and bathroom! The living room was a great place for us all to gather. The large dining table was perfect for meals. The pictures accurately reflect the house. We will be back!

Great vacation rental for larger group
Our family of 10 stayed here just 2 months after hurricane Harvey. We couldn’t have been more pleased of our stay here. We were close to the community pool and beach. There were still a few businesses closed for repairs but that didn’t stop us from having fun. All the towns people were appreciative we were there. I would recommend renting a golf cart and the dolphin boat charter at sunset.

the rental was very clean and felt like home
this was our first time renting a home. we had a small family reunion. several of us did not care for the beach but after this trip we all changed our mind. had a great time and no problems with rental other than shower curtains made a lot of noise for people in the next rooms sleeping. they did not slide very easy. need to improve this

Holidays at Port Aransas

Wonderful Weekend

Casa las olas
Loved the space in this home. The kitchen was wonderful, it was stocked well and plenty of room to store things. Due to home just completed, some of bathroom fixtures were loose and not properly attached. The pool was very small and not much areas to sit and fish on community pond.

Pretty painless experience except I was called and told the keys to the house was ready early but when I showed up they weren't so I had to make two trips, but other than that the stay was perfect!
