Welcome to Cathy's Condo MIBC211 at Mustang Island Beach Club Condos in Port Aransas! The condo is on the third floor. There is not elevator access for this unit. The complex features a boardwalk to beach, fish cleaning station, heated community pool and hot tub.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oasis offers not only a comfortable stay but also views of the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico. For beach enthusiasts, a delightful adventure awaits. Follow the driveway to the boardwalk to the soft sands of the pristine Port Aransas shoreline. Enjoy the convenience of the heated community pool, where you can lounge and soak up the sun in style. Dive into the refreshing waters, or simply unwind on the poolside loungers. Inside, the vacation rental boasts 2 elegantly appointed bedrooms, each providing a serene haven for restful nights after a day of seaside escapades. The well-designed living space is tastefully furnished, offering comfort and relaxation. Prepare delightful meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and all the essentials you need. Parking for 2 maximum. No golf carts allowed. This is a smoke free property. Beach vacaton

We love visiting Port Aransas! Mustang Island is such a fun place! The only prblem we had was the swarms of mosquitos in the parking area.

Pretty Picture

We honestly Loved Port Aransas but not so much the rental, the service was great they answer my texts and calls fast. The reantal was about 200 yards from the shoreline that was benefit because the trocpial storm alberto hit while we where there. The restroom non had any rugs which made it very slippery for the littles. The storm did let some water in from the balcony in the master room we had to use a bed sheet to leave on the floor. The whole rental had a awful smell we reached out to the office and they took me 2 air fresher and a plug in. Some of the cloth counches have a bad smell and the master dresser has a smell that made it linger throughout .Cooking dishes where not all clean, the rental just did not have a clean smell. The pool was fun, it was kept up with and out side was very clean all the time. Wifi and cable when out 3 times one time with the storm the other times we dont know why maintaince tried to fix it but could not.
