Channelview CV107 is fabulous condo is located at prestigious Channel View right on the ship channel and in the heart of Port Aransas! This condo is on the second floor with no elevator. Enjoy fishing from the private pier or walk to many of the fine restaurants or bars Port Aransas has to offer. This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo offers everything you will need for the perfect vacation. After a long day at the beach relax in the huge heated community pool or sit and have a cocktail while watching the boats pass through the channel. This unit does have a washer and dryer located in the condo. This condo requires a 3 night minimum. Sorry, no smoking, no pets. Parking for 2 cars with required parking permit. Boat parking available, for an additional $20 per night plus tax. Please request when booking.

Channel View condos
Loved the condo, loved the area, but disappointed with the pool. Tons of people swimming that don't seem to be staying there, no wristbands, drove off. And in the summer, with that many people, it needs to be vacuumed daily, NOT twice a week!

Last "Summer" get away for the Year!
We have stayed at Channelview Condos before & enjoyed it but first time in room 107 it was my favorite by far. The condo had a beautiful view, a nice sitting area right outside the door where you could sit, see the bay & harbor next door (as long as the elevator was one floor up or floor down this was my only complaint) but that was a little thing! The decor was what you would expect for a beach condo, very welcoming, kitchen was well stocked. I also love having a washer-dryer in the unit. The place was spotless! The grounds around the condo complex amazing, pool is big & lite at night, a pier that you could fish on all day & night (that was my grandson's favorite). We will defiantly be stay here again sooner rather than later I hope!!

Wonderful time at 107
This was a quick getaway for our little family and to visit my son that moved to the area. Condo 107 was gorgeous the views were amazing and on our last day the surprise of seeing 4 sea turtles.

The only small thing was one of the beds appeared to have black dog hair in the sheets, which we did report. Since there was extra beds available we just used another bed.

Other than that the condo was very clean, comfortable and the staff was absolutely fantastic!

We love this location!
Channel View condos have never disappointed. Convenient, clean, quiet, furnished beautifully and comfortably. Kitchen well equipped, comfortable beds, bright bathrooms. The property is well maintained, staff friendly, and other guests friendly at the pool and the pier. Loved the property renovations with the picnic pavilion and heated pool, and pier improvements. We enjoy watching the ships on the channel, and activity in the adjacent marina, and proximity of the jetty sidewalk and the beach.
The rebuild of the complex after the hurricane was well done!
#107 holds lots of memories for our family as my parents spent November there for many, many years. We’ll be back!

Great View and Great Fishing!!
Unit 107 is a great condo with a great view. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The fishing was also very good including catches of trout, red fish, flounder, skip jacks, sharks, and lots of good times.

Winter Texans
We stayed in 107 for the winter months. The new reclining furniture was beautiful. The thermostat got repaired and was not an issue. All the beds are super comfortable. The pool was warm. The pier was fun and some were catching bull Redfish at night. With all the huge ships in view from the condo, you couldn’t ask for anything more. Hoping to stay many winters in 107.

Another Fantastic Stay at Channelview
Love Channelview, especially having a pier. Pool is great and Unit 107 is in excellent condition. The only complaint was not having access to an elevator for our older guests. Would definitely stay again.

Channelview Condos Fall vacation
The condo itself was so awesome and comfortable. Our children were suppose to come but they had to work. Everything is decorated beautifully. Plenty of room with great amenities. The pier at night offers great fishing. The only thing that is lacking is boat parking. We were able to park our boat but not easily. The property has a large field that is not landscaped that could be used for boat parking. This is the only thing missing from this amazing property.

Great Location - Awsome Views - Fishing Pier!
We stayed at Channelview Condos in Port Aransas for 10 days during our summer vacation and we loved it! The Condo had a wall of floor to ceiling windows in the living room that afforded a spectacular view of both the boat docks and the shipping channel. The bedrooms were very spacious and several large beds fit in each perfectly - they were ALL very comfortable as well. It had a well stocked modern kitchen, a washer and dryer and the bathrooms were beautiful. The only thing I had a slight problem with was smart thermostat! My dad owned a heating and AC company so I know my way around an HVAC system and am pretty tech savvy too; however, it was preset to 67° and we froze the entire trip! I would suggest you check with management and have them either leave the manual or have them preset it to "sweater comfortable" and not "frozen tundra".
It may have been a bit chilly but we are already trying to lock in our vacation dates for next year and will book as soon as we can. You won't be disappointed with the place so grab a sweater and go!

We love the condo. We stayed there last year too. It’s cold and sleep well other than the back bedroom
With the three beds. Prob 5 or 6 degrees hotter

We have stayed at this Condo location for 11 straight years won’t ever stay anywhere else. It’s fits our needs perfect! This particular condo is extremely clean and would recommend it to anyone. When we got there the ac worked great and was chilly in room but as week went it couldn’t keep up. Called Port A Escapes and they had maintenance guy there in 10 minutes. That’s only complaint but was still bareable. Again I’ll never stay anywhere else.

Channal viel get away
Unit #107 was clean and well upgraded from the last stay .Water could have been a bit hotter .T.V.'S WERE hard to get to work.I tried to call Port A escape hard to get through .Pool and fishing peer were Great .Found construction work a bit disturbing

Port A Vacation
The condo was great! Very clean and the amenities were perfect. We do wish we had been told of the construction in the condo directly above us. It was so loud at times we couldn't converse. We do understand the rebuilding but it was very distracting. Other than that our stay was wonderful.

Family Fun in Port A!
We had a wonderful experience at Channelview this summer. Our condo was beautifully decorated, well stocked and very comfortable. The pool and pool area are beautiful at night with the colorful lights. We will be renting this condo again in the future.

Perfect, as usual!
We have stayed at this condo many times through the years. New owners upgraded the unit in 2015....everything brand new and well appointed. Kitchen well supplied with utensils and cooking pots.
Love the location close to town, the beach, and the activity on the shipping channel. Always something to see and do.

Channelview pier is magical; 107 is gorgeous!
This was my family's 2nd time at Channelview. We love the location...but especially the fishing pier! This particular unit was not only gorgeous, but also very clean and filled with everything you'd need on vacation. While there is not a washer/dryer in the unit, a laundry room for the complex is located next door. I will stay here again AND tell all of my friends about Channelview!

The pier is simply magical. My teenagers stayed out there safely for hours at night and caught many fish!
