Enjoy watching ships pass by and dolphins play along the waterway, or relax by the heated pool and fish from the private pier. Convenient elevator access makes your stay easy and comfortable from start to finish.

PARKING

- Second Bedroom: Two Full size beds, TV

A welcoming Port A vacation home.

We spent the month of January in this property and we’re very happy with our decision. The kitchen is well equipped with nice appliances and an abundance of dishes and utensils. As well we enjoyed the comfort of the main room furniture and the beds were so comfortable. We consider It a prime location; close to the town center and then watching the ships pass through the channel was an added bonus. Plus we can’t say enough about Port A Escapes management. We’ve used them for years and are never disappointed. A friendly, helpful and capable group always.

Unclean

Very neat condo. Love the pier and the pool area. Serious cleaning issues and unfortunately didn’t get to complete the stay due to uncleanliness- such a shame because it would have been great.

Best Place to stay in Port A

Been coming to Channelview for 10 years on family fishing trips. It never disappoints to be a great location with everyone being safe and having fun. Condos are always very clean and Port A Escapes is always available for any concerns.

Gorgeous!

This place is absolutely amazing. My niece is 1 and she was able to watch the boats out of the lower windows which kept her busy for hours. My nephew loved the pier to fish and watch the boats. It was super close to the beach. The rooms and beds were big and comfortable. Two big bathrooms and a washer and dryer was an added bonus. The assigned parking was very convenient and we felt very safe with the gate. Some people were partying later in the evening but promptly quieted down around 11 which was nice with the kids trying to sleep. We had the best time and loved the property and will consider it again in the future.

Very nice , people were amazing , only down fall is there are no restrooms outside near pier so we would have to go all way up to room, also no ashtrays out side ,so I would have to put cigarettes butts in my pocket , be nice if could have used the boat dock next to the facility also so could have left toys in water , but overall it was amazing these things are something to help improve guest stay

Lovely View!!

We really enjoyed the channel view from our apartment. We could see the large ships as they navigated in and out. The rental unit was very clean except the previous renters had returned less than clean dishes to the cabinets.

Peaceful time away

We had a great time during our stay. My family loves the private fishing pier and I like the pool. The unit was comfortable and worked well for our family. We had a minor issue that the management company addressed quickly while we were out at the beach for the day. We love Port A and would stay here again.

Wonderful escape

The condo was perfect. Cozy and welcoming. The two beds per bedroom worked out perfectly for our family. I pray that everyone is safe and this wonderful place can recover from hurricane Harvey. Give us a call if you need help. We will gladly do what we can!

Very needs very condo on the channel

Very clean, well kept and well furnished condo. Great stay with only exception being the construction of a home next door waking us early each day at with loud music and hammering.

Wow Gorgious view !

Large condo, many areas of storage and work surfaces. Comfortable beds and good linen. Phone and lift, very convenient. Well located in Port A, we can do most of the things on foot. And the more, great view of the channel: birds, dolphins, ships, etc. We spent the month of February, it was too short, we are delighted with our stay in this condo.

Great view

It was great. Would of been better with an elevator but it was fine . The view was incredible. The condo is dated but really nice . Management was fine . No problems . Would stay there again
