Costa Del Ray #1 CDR1 is located in the Costa Del Rey community This retreat is walking distance to the beach. Beautifully remodeled, your condo is furnished with stylish, beachy décor. After a fun-filled day at the beach, unwind at the on-site pool, located conveniently across from your rental. Relax in the welcoming living room, appointed with a couch, armchair, and a 32” flat-screen TV. Prepare beach snacks in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances. Gather around the kitchen bar for meals, which offers seating for six. Sleep soundly in the primary bedroom, appointed with a king-size bed and flat-screen TV. The second bedroom offers another King-size bed and another flat-screen TV. Both bathrooms are equipped with a tub/shower combination. Kick-start your day with a cup of coffee on the front porch, furnished with two Adirondack chairs. The unheated, year-round community pool is just outside your front steps. This single-story unit is accessed via five exterior steps at the entryway. This coastal retreat is an 8-minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico’s warm waters and soft sands. For a fun day trip, Mustang Island is a 15-minute drive, and North Padre Island is 30 minutes away. Check out the Port Aransas Museum, Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center, and The Port A Jetty -- all less than 10 minutes from your condo. STR# 0920217

- A 2 night minimum stay is required.
- MONTHLY RENTALS ONLY FOR DECEMBER, JANUARY AND FEBRUARY (2 MONTH MINIMUM RENTAL DURING THIS TIME)
- Assigned parking for two cars maximum in the parking lot. (There is no overflow parking)
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

Best in the area
We had a quick trip to the beach and decided to stay here. It was a great choice. The area was extremely quiet and Costa Del Ray #1 was the best. They had everything we needed and the rooms were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Coastal Chic at Costa del Rey #1
My family and I made a last minute trip to Port A. We have stayed here before. I LOVE that it is close to town but far enough away from the traffic. Great communication between the host as well. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, sharp knives, plenty of dishes, pots and pans and plenty of kitchen gadgets! There are TV's in each room plus the common space. The walk-in showers were spacious and clean. We absolutely LOVED staying here and will surely come again. The price was awesome, too!

It was a little dark inside, no place to hang our coats other than in the closets which are small because the dresser is also in the closet. The bed frame in the bedroom on the right side was falling apart. We had to buy some frying pans because the ones supplied were not good. Other then that it was workable.

The house was great for my wife, me and my two kids. Pretty much had everything we needed. The only negative was there were a couple of big cockroaches I had to kill in the bathroom lol, but that's not uncommon with the palm trees around.

Unit was as described. Easy to find. Easy beach access but on a busy road. I'm a light sleeper so road noise and rowdy neighbors on adjacent property made it hard for me to sleep. Bed was comfy. Kitchen well laid out. Great bathrooms. Having washer and dryer was great. Didn't have ice maker or kcup coffee maker so we had to adapt. The dark gray sofa was comfy to sit but the other furniture was rough on my back. Kids loved the community pool. Keep in mind pet friendly but no fenced yard. Very clean and well maintained. Overall good choice for cottage living in Port A.

We would definitely stay there again! Loved having a pool and the space was perfect for 2 couples. Everything was great except for the welcome mat, a one star there. That was the only flaw.

Another GREAT Time at Costa Del Ray!
Unit #1 is a perfect space for 3 adults and 2 pets. The condo has all the amenities you need...from measuring spoons for baking to a blender for cocktails. We had another GREAT stay! And the beach is literally only 3 minutes away.

We absolutely loved it here. We’ve stayed at other places but this one was so conveniently located to the beach, shops, bars, and restaurants. The price was so affordable and it was very spacious and clean. It was well equipped and the parking was great since it’s right outside the door. I will definitely come back. Thank you!

For our family of 4
This spot comfortably fit myself and my three children. Two huge beds plus a pullout couch in the living room. Nice spacious kitchen that was pretty much fully stocked with pans, silverware, plates, etc. 2 bathrooms made it easier for the 4 of us and large walk-in showers. Stacked washer & dryer came in clutch! Just bring clothes, toiletries, food and laundry soap and you're good to go! This property also has a small outdoor grill which we utilized. Will definitely be back!

Great Last minute find
Rental was located super close to the beach (thank goodness since there was no vehicle access). The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was that the sheets were not clean and we had to wash them ourselves before our first night. The pull out bed had trash underneath it like it hadnt been used and therefore not cleaned. But honestly we didn't mind. The property mgmt. company was super easy to work with and very apologetic about the issue. That's the only reason why they didnt get 5 stars.

The condo was is a great location, and close to the beach. It had a well stocked kitchen will a lot of pans, plates, and utensils. The beds were large and very comfortable. The A/C worked great, and was nice to return back to a cool condo that the temperature got below 76 degrees. Will definitely keep this condo in mind for future visits.

Great getaway!
This was a nice little getaway for me and my wife! We loved that it was a pet friendly home.
