Dophin Paradise: We had a Great Stay
It's a large unit, catering to a large family. We missed having any pantry access, so had food etc on the kitchen countertops and floor. Doors were squeeky.Otherwise, we enjoyed the unit and had a great time.

Nice house on the beach
It was a great location with a great view. The beds were comfortable and having the en suite bathrooms and elevator were very convenient. However it had a few annoyances. We had a family of 9 and cooked most of our meals at home. The kitchen has a locked pantry so there is nowhere to keep your dry goods other than the countertops, which are rather small for a such large home. The cooking utensils need a once over meaning there are too many old utensils you don't need such a 10 sets of grilling tongs but most of the pots and pans are warped old and scratched. So the property manager should go through the kitchen drawer by drawer and throw away the triple and quadruple repeat utensils and order some new pots and pans for those who like to cook at home. Also, a wardrobe should be added to the top floor master bedroom because the only closet is locked as well and there's nowhere to hang your clothes.
Overall, a fantastic property for a family who wants a beachfront rental. Not every family can afford to eat out every meal. So for those who like to feed their family at home to savea few dollars it's rather inconvenient.

Paradise Vacation Home (Dolphin Paradise BB928)
Dolphin Paradise BB928 was a great modern beach-front home truly walkable to the beach next to the boardwalk for a group of friends celebrating my 50th birthday. Location had easy driving access to all the restaurants and community park with pickleball and disc golf. Bedrooms were clean and well equipped. Kitchen was well stocked (coffee maker does take both grounds and K-Cups). Living room is large with a big comfortable sectional couch and great TV. Internet was fast and reliable. Management company Port A Escapes was responsive and addressed a late night AC issue quickly sending out a technician within the hour and temporarily provided additional fans. Direct texts and VRBO in-app messages were responded to quickly. Overall I highly recommend the property and management company Port A Escapes.

Fun family reunion location!
We loved the location, it was a quick walk to the beach. The views from the living room and balconies were amazing. Overall we had a great experience!
The property management was very responsive and professional. The only thing lacking was some essentials like salt and pepper in the kitchen. Other than that it was a good experience.

We arrived to a clean and cool home. We parked four vehicles on the property. One in the garage and three in driveway. Walkway to beach is super convenient. Beds were comfortable. Pantry was locked, so we had to keep our groceries all on the counter and use one cabinet above microwave. Amazing views from the balcony on the third floor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Paradise!

Great place for a family beach trip
We loved Dolphin Paradise! The house was very clean and comfortable. The living room had enough seating for the entire family. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking large meals. The one minor drawback is that the pantry is locked and not available for guests to store food so we used the ironing board for extra “counter” space. The house is super close to the beach with a short walk using the boardwalk. We loved this house and loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!
