Flats Cottages unit A is unlike any other in all of Port A. Located right in the middle of the Flats and just a 2 minute walk to Bernie's, Trout Street, Fisherman's Wharf, Virginia's and the new Sip Yard. Such an amazing location! This 2 bedroom and 2 full bath cottage is a hidden gem. The open living room will have a queen size sleeper sofa. Located off the living room is a porch that stretches the length of the cottage, This is the perfect place to sit and watch all the action at the flats. There are two queen beds in each bedroom. This cottage will sleep a total of 8 people comfortably. This rental is a duplex. STR# 200078146

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

Memorial Weekend
Aside from a few items in the rental, the experience was great.
Perfect location, ample parking for our small family getaway and the building blocked most of the noise from the nearby venues and traffic.
Unfortunately we did have to deal with random people deciding to park there to walk over to other venues.

Favorite Spot
We have stayed in this same spot for the last 4 years at least! Great location, always clean and Port A Escapes is always on top of everything! We love staying in the Flats Cottage A!

Fun Place for all!
My wife and I enjoyed this rental so much, it was very clean and decorated to suit the area. We had the entire bunch of kids and grandkids so we had both A and B, it was perfect. We were a few minutes to the beach, seconds from Virginias, all the nightlife, fishing guides but the bonus was the people watching from the front porch of Cottage A was a blast. Cottage A had the beat views but not really a kitchen to cook for a family, hotel style fridge, microwave, electric burner (small) and coffee bar, Cottage B had the full size Kitchen and dining room with a small back deck but not much of a view. The A is perfect for a small family or couple get away, Cottage B would be better for a family who plans to cook each meal. Great place for a vacay.

Perfect in town gettaway
We were skeptical about the location however this turned out to be a wonderful convenient little place to stay. Inside, everything was spacious and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to walk everywhere from the house. Additionally, there was no noise from the outside as you would suspect being so close to all the nightlife and central of town. Only minor improvement would be larger fridge:)

Calm Amidst the Crazy
It was just what we needed. The house was in a centralized location in the middle of town. However, it does look like an office from the outside and had 2 people walk in during our stay.

The place was clean and neatly appointed. The location was in the middle of downtown Port A which was convenient for restaurants. The rooms were good size with nice beds and bedding.

The kitchen was inadequate for family cooking with two small burners on the cooktop. The beach was far enough to have to drive there.

Cute and convenient
Loved this Place! It was very clean , cute and enough space for 8 people. The location was great! Walking distance from stores and restaurants was very convenient. My family had our family reunion here for the whole weekend. One day was at the port A Civic center , then the next day at the Harbor/Marina and the last day at the beach and all 3 places were 4 minutes from the cabana! I would definitely recommend this cabana!

Flat Cottages A
Guys trip of 5 came in for Memorial Day weekend of fishing and relaxation. Awesome cottage with great location, walking distance to fishing docks and to our favorite restaurants and bars. Literally steps away. One of the first guests to stay so cottage was very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. All necessary amenities. Easy mobile check-in/out. Will be back here next year!
