- Additional Bedding: sleeper sofa in the downstairs living area (first floor)

- 2-3 night minimum stay is required.

- PARKING: NO GARAGE ACCESS. 3 paved parking spaces in the driveway. If you rent a golf cart it must fit in one of your spaces. No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk! TOWING IS STRICTLY ENFORCED

Home is beautiful. Complex was quiet. Easy access to the beach. All of homes in this complex are very beautiful, I would definitely stay in this complex again.

Beautiful Beach house in a great location.
Beautiful beach house-charming decor and a great floor plan. Very spacious for 8 ladies. Loved that all bedrooms had a bathroom. Nice outdoor spaces as well. The house is in great shape and very clean...bed linens and towels were crisp and clean.
The management company and host were very easy to deal with. I highly recommend this property. Great location too.

Would definitely stay here again!
We have a family of 6 and this house was perfect for us. Plenty of space and bathrooms for all of us and house was very clean. We loved the cute, gated neighborhood and the quiet time observed from 10 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Great vacation.
Beautiful home. Very well equipped.
Maintenance issues were handled quickly and effiently. Staff was friendly and helpful. Looking forward to my stay at the property next Nov .
suggestionn for improvement: safety bars for the bath tubs. Instruction manual, how to work the TVs dishwasher , washing machine.
We were given four parking permits and told to park in the driveway only. Only two cars will fit in that space.

Very nice property
We had a great stay for our Christmas vacation. The location is great and the house is very well kept. The only thing I didn't like was the master bedroom, kitchen and main living area are on the 2nd floor. Other than that we loved it.

Darling Little House
This is a very cute house and was a perfect set up for our family of 8. It was extremely clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. It is a nice quiet neighborhood. Beach access is a few blocks away but with a golf cart it will only take a few minutes. We were there in November so the heated pool was a nice bonus.

Relaxing celebration
Loved it super spacious and clean for 7 people , my twin grandson’s just graduated from High School and turned 18 while we were there and we had an amazing time and loved the privacy.
