Introducing Flip Flop Stop SL504! This corner home is a sweet retreat, and has it ALL. This two-story beach home has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, two living areas, and sleeps 12. Perfectly located between 11th and Station Streets, it is just a short drive to the beach via Sandcastle Drive. It is an even shorter walk across the street to the community pool. The home is designed with a 3/2, living area, dining area, and kitchen upstairs. Plus a 1/1, living area downstairs, that is not internally connect to the upstairs. Sleeping arrangements are great! There is a king in the 1st bedroom. A queen in the 2nd bedroom. 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. 2 twin beds in the 4th bedroom downstairs. 2 queen sleeper sofas- one upstairs and one downstairs. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything that one might need. Plus, there is a second large refrigerator downstairs for all your extra drinks, ice, and all the fish you might catch! The large front porch provides a pool-view, plenty of shade, and ocean breezes. STR#379617

Great home
The house had perfect sleeping arrangements for our family. The older boys liked staying downstairs away from the girls. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, including the Keurig. All it needs is a larger BBQ grill. I could only grill 4 burgers at a time.

Flippin’ Fantastic Stop!
Everything about this place was simply amazing! Booking? Easy! I would definitely go through Port A Escapes again. From the get go until we vacated we were kept well informed. Easy access, just give them a call and you’ll receive a text for entry codes and other info regarding your rental. Flip Flop Stop is very accommodating if you have a large group, corner unit, 3 vehicles and 3 carts, no prob with parking, lots of amenities,coffee pot and a keurig! well kept, clean. I’ve read some reviews stating the room downstairs was to warm but didn’t find it to be at all. Air conditioning and fans were perfect. The floors in this room are cement so you may want to consider when deciding on choosing your rooms especially if you have little ones. Great location! I will most definitely rent this property again��

Lovely home
This is a lovely home and so well equipped. We liked the recliners and sofas. The kitchen had everything you could need, cupboards all labelled, a big pantry for storage. There were lots of towels, linen and the beds were comfortable. Great location. Port A Escapes is really one of the best management companies. Easy to deal with and very responsive to calls.

Family Vacay
House was nice, I just wish the bbq pit was bigger and that there was outdoor seating to hang around outside. Bottom room was hot, we had to purchase a fan to help circulate the air. Other than that the house was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

A great place to stay
This home is a very well appointed home for short term or long term visitors. We spent two months this winter and found the home to be very clean and equipped with everything needed to let you know the owners and management company really care about their renters. Plus it’s in a prime location . I can’t thank Port A Escapes enough for keeping us informed and staying in touch during the unexpected and extremely unusual hard freeze that kept the power off for days. Flip Flop was great.
House was immaculate, comfy beds. Has everything you need. Not stingy with bath towels (I’ve stayed at places where they give you 2 -4 max.) and the house is spacious! The bottom suite was a tad warm but not unbearable. Great location. A little difficult getting a reply to calls, messages and emails but otherwise friendly upon check in,

What a fantastic stay!
This is a dream rental with great location to boot! The list of reasons to LOVE this rental: plenty of seating in living room, plenty of sleeping space, THE BEST LABELED KITCHEN EVER (it was my favorite thing about this place!), plenty of dishes and utensils, nice starter toiletries, lots of parking, and nice pool across the street. I will ABSOLUTELY book this location again!

Flop a great stay
Home was very spacious and comfortable. Stocked with everything necessary to make a 1 month stay enjoyable. Plenty of lights so one could read, a very ample supple of hot water for showers, and comfortable beds. It was more than what we expected and would return again.

Good Choice
Pros: Very nice house, well furnished, great location, next to pool, wifi worked good.
Cons: Downstairs room was not as cool as upstairs.
Overall: Very pleased, and well worth it. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay.
First off let me say we loved our house. It was awesome. There are a couple of things I would suggest. The downstairs room was super hot. You should put a window unit in the bottom floor window or maybe it’s own ac. Also the beds needs some extra support since they do not have box springs such as maybe a memory foam pad.

Sand Fest 2018 - A Winner
We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at this rental. It had everything we needed and then some. The swimming pool is just across the street and the grandchildren loved that. Will definitely rent this one again.

Great Time Had and Plenty of Space
This home was very roomy and clean. It everything we needed in the kitchen. Extra sheets for the fold out couches was lacking but we packed some extras so it worked out. We will stay again some day.

Wonderful Home For Family
I rented this home for extended family to stay and it was just wonderful. There was enough space for everyone. The two refrigerators were a great plus for all the food and drinks the family had during the stay. We held the family dinners and breakfasts here. The kitchen is well stocked. Would recommend this home for any family.
